Price and location. Clean. Free parking. Better than Marriott and cheaper and better location.

I like the size of the room and the location is pretty close to the city center

- I booked a single bed and they give me 2 beds- My husband is celiac, and he needed to wait 20 minutes for his gluten free bread- The options at the breakfast were limited

We got in late. The front desk was staffed and check in was easy. We got 2 rooms for 4 people. The rooms were next to each other. The bed types requested were what we got. Breakfast was available, but we did not get it.

Everything was as advertized and met our expectations.

Free parking but it was full. It is difficult to park in the neighborhood.

The area is not nice to walk anywhere. Just by car.

Location, bedroom, bathroom, breackfast, staff. The perfect hotel for travelers (we were driving from Andorra back to Portugal. Our wish was finding an hotel close to the highway but in a quiet place) and business man, groups. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Very cosy, well decorated. Good taste by the way. Good breackfast. Nice staff. Free parking.

Practical for car travel

Obliged to have buffet breakfast even if youonly want coffee and a roll. So you must pay 21 per person. I never rxperienced this on other hotels. Limited parking because staff take best places

Very good

We had travelled all day from France and were told they had no restaurant that evening so we couldn’t eat. I had booked two weeks earlier, they should have messaged me so I could change the booking. The hotel is very nice but with an elderly husband who is not very mobile, this presented a big problem. We had no food.

The staff, the food, the atmosphere!!!Possibly the worst service ever recieved at a hotel. The staff were rude, arrogant and racist…The food was appalling, my son had to order food in. Avoid this hotel unless you like being treat like dirt and eating food that should be thrown in the bin.

Room was very clean and well laid out with plenty of amenities. The hotel had everything you would need to have a good stay.

Customer service was poor and the breakfast was lacking decent hot options and the fruit (especially the bananas) were well past their use by dates

My room had a strange drain smell which after the first night went away and then I find out other rooms had bathroom leaks which were then sorted. When I arrived I was advised that no food was available at all and I hadn’t eaten since the morning as I was travelling and this was now early evening. Thankfully a supermarket was open approx 10 minutes walk away. The staff tried to accuse me of ordering drinks from the bar and not paying for them. They were very disorganised and didn’t keep track of which guest ordered which drinks and didn’t have the staff to manage the numbers. I attended a group dinner on the Sunday evening and the food was awful. I didn’t eat most of my food - only a few chips, so paid 20 euros for bad food and bad service. The food was brought out and left for 20 minutes so by the time we entered the room it was cold. The staff then took the food away to reheat it and set the fire alarm off. The food then came back out partially warm and people were not inclined to eat it as it had been cooked, left to go cold and then reheated. The staff behaviour was disgusting. Very rude and they were purposely walking around making a lot of noise - loudly scrapping food waste into the bin and chucking knives and folks onto the trolley. They were obnoxious and were walking around talking about the group in a very hostile way. We then were having an award ceremony and the staff kept walking in front of the group and starting taking table cloths off of the tables and banging the tables and closing them and packing them away. We could not hear the person speaking and presenting the awards. The stay was a disaster. Arrogant staff with no customer service skills. We had all had an amazing day and when we got to the hotel the day was ruined by their attitude. Horrible hotel.

The room was clean, bed comfortable.

There was a kettle in the room with tea bags & sugar. I asked for coffee & milk but none were available.Hotel restaurant - very few choices for evening meal - very disappointed with quality. Served on cold plates & although not busy our meals did not arrive together, I had nearly finished mine before my husband's arrived. Breakfast - hot/cooked food looked very unappetising, the cold buffet was reasonably ok.

I liked everything. I paid $60 for the night. There was free parking on the property. I will never stay at AC Marriott anymore. Hotel was less expensive and in a nicer location.

A nice hotel, clean and comfortable with great staff, not very far from Madrid airport - perfect if you need to get to Madrid and don't want to sleep there. Great value for money! We had an issue with the AC in the room, and we immediately got a different one with no hassle.It has a bar with draught beer and an OK restaurant.
