- The host was exceptional. Despite language barrier, she was very warm and welcoming. The room is very clean with room service everyday. It was a very comfortable stay for me.
Cons -
- Walls are paper-thin; we could hear the conversation that was taking place in the next room.Breakfast was included, but it was underwhelming.
- There are parts that could do with a refresh… but the important things Like tbe mattress, pillows and bedclothes were all excellent.
- There was no sound proofing in the rooms and although not the hotel’s fault entirely, the guests in the rooms surrounding us kept their doors open and let their children run around shouting until 1am. The hotel did nothing to keep it a respectful environment for all guests.

It was warm, clean and in a good location. It was basic but not expensive so you do get what you pay for.

Great location for wandering around town, centrally placed. We drove across to the Old town area as too far to walk TBH,Staff especially in the morning were friendly and polite
No Parking Inc, no mention on Booking.com to reserve parking as 1 Space is available outside the hotel, otherwise its a 10 minute walk to the nearest and cheapest public parking 10 euro per 24hrsSmokers outside the front and back doors so you could smell whilst entering / leaving and also eating breakfast !
Cossy, city center
The beds are a bit old
it's very basic and clean, central location, old fashioned, hot shower, didn't have breakfast ,very reasonable price for food , no English spoken at all but that's a good thing, make you pull out all the stops with your spanish.
really struggled to find a good restaurant open, good luck
The property was in a great location, and felt safe as a solo female traveller. Although it was budget, it was clean and secure and the staff, although they didn’t speak English - were very helpful. Breakfast was €5 and was basic, but there was enough there to be full up and ready to go.
The only thing I did not like, was the walls were very thin and I was woken up twice by people having s*x in the room next door. Once at 2.10am and again at 7.10am. I’m pleased for them, but I don’t need to hear it!
I've stayed here before. Surprisingly modern, situated on an ancient street. Secure locked parking for my motorcycle. Excellent breakfast. Nice area with bars and restaurants.
If it's your first time staying here, it's not an easy town to navigate through. Lots of one way streets.
Helpful staff. Good coffee!
Worn/torn sheets; bath towel that ripped immediately. Tiny shower/bathroom space. Room smelled bad
Very warm friendly environment, the staff very helpful but most importantly the room was clean and very quiet. Central location and not far from the main bus terminal and center of Guadalajara. The train station is far but the public bus will take you there. They do have a limited car park agreement with a nearby car park.
The bed mattress is now a bit worn and room a bit small but in general you get what you pay for.
One of rare cases everything. Location, warm lobby, attention, price
This is a no-frills basic, but clean hotel. It is very centrally situated and is found very easily.
The decor is very old and outdated. It's crying out for a renovation. The lift is ancient and too slow. The receptionist never smiled. He briefly explained where to find parking, but not overly helpful. Another minus was that the room was so tiny, we hardly had space to open our luggages.
Great experience, everything from room and breakfast till reception was very nice
The staff was friendly and helpful
Not very comfortable and loud bed, small bathroom, dirty shower curtain
The front receptionists were very helpful and provided recommendations of the city. The hotel is very affordable, considering the location and proximity to the bus station. It’s a perfect stay if you want to see Guadalajara and Madrid. Alsa buses make it easier to commute to Madrid in less than one hour. I would highly recommend this place. Gracias a todos!
Very good location of the hotel - there is on the center. There is a parking near hotel - the cost is about 9euro. Rooms were really clean, comfortable and well laid out. Friendly staff.
Very friendly staff, perfect location, easy parking, clean and comfortable
The rooms are very small
Clean and well situated
