The staff were brilliant. The room was perfect and clean. The location right at the start of the promenade was perfect. I recommend this total value for money.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, very close to a lovely beach and a nice walk along the water to the centre of town. Room was big, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, everything cleaned, nice view from the window. They allowed me to check in a bit early which was really appreciated.

Hard to think of anything. The bar downstairs is a bit plain looking - could do with a renovation maybe. The shower was a complicated one, some of the features didn't work. Both minor issues, was very happy with my stay here.

Lovely room with sea view --very elegant -lovely colours --- and the tv had audio button so could watch good movies in English --this is very unique ---we watched horror --cool lovely hotel towels for beach cute breakfast

Excellent location. Beautiful town. Easy walk to city center. Pretty coastal town. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were always available to help and answer questions.

Really friendly when arriving at reception. Lovely rooms overlooking the sea. Breakfast was very good and their evening meal was better than we had in the town. Great stay here!

It’s quite a long walk to the popular old town section of Castro Urdiales where almost all the shops and bars and restaurants are located.

This hotel is close to the beach and has a very good cafeteria and restaurant. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good spot for an overnight on the Camino del Norte.

We stayed just one night as a stopover before catching the ferry back to UK for Christmas. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We arrived on the 20th December and the old town was alive with Christmas revellers giving us a great last night send off from beautiful Spain.

Unfortunately the shower in the room, a multi jet spa shower which should have been amazing, was in a very poor condition. The body jets were loose and leaking and the rain shower was barely a dribble. We managed for the one night with the hand held hose, but we would normally not expect to have a broken shower in such a nice hotel. To add to this, there was debris in the toilet despite it having a “cleaned” band across the seat.
