Pros +
- Breakfast was only choice of donuts, plus orange juice & one cup of coffee.☕️
- Nice clean room with private bath. Convenient to the El Camino Norte.
- Big rooms, comfortable bed, right off the highway with a restaurant below.
Cons -
- It’s basically a truck stop, which is not bad, but it is not a place to mix and mingle with other travelers. I had a street side room and it was very noisy late into the night and again early in the morning. I also had to keep the windows open so the room would cool down (no AC).
- Very loud, on a major road. Smoking smell in the room
- I didn’t dislike anything .

Fine hot shower

Very clean room , convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel and the room was very clean and comfortable .
I didn’t dislike anything .
The fresh orange juice was lovely. Eating, drinking and accommodation all to a very high standard. Friendly staff. The place is very busy and is full of life.
Very clean, extremely comfortable and very courteous reception. Location was fantastic only 15 minutes drive to the port of Bilbao.
Nice room and quiet
After a long day of driving had to wait until someone showed up at the reception
Located close to Bilbao port
Bath too small. No English TV channels
this is a basic hotel, at a truck stop you would not expect more, rooms were clean and comfortable. Surprisingly in the "countryside" for such a central location. Easy access to the port
good price and location.
Paper thin walls, conversation in adjoining room could be heard quite clearly.
This was a one night stopover before getting the ferry to Ireland next morning. The hotel is on a busy road with car parking in front. It's a noisy busy place with people coming and going all the time, we had to wait in the bar until someone could come and check us in, and could find no-one who could speak any English, which was difficult as we didn't speak any Spanish. We had prebooked, breakfast and dinner. The room was quiet and comfortable, we were tired after a long drive, and looking forward to having a nice meal and a good sleep.Dinner is not served until 8.30 until then there is no food available, so we waited the three hours for 'dinner'. Dinner was to put it bluntly awful, the menu was roughly but strangely translated into English which in most cases were hilarious. I ordered a starter 'soup' of cauliflower and carrot, which when it came proved to be a soup plate overflowing with a thick puree of both which was the consistency of mashed potato, but bright green in colour, I took a few mouthfuls to be polite, but it was difficult to get down! my companion ordered one of lentils with tripe, equally unavigatable! This was followed was what had been described as Roast Chicken. What came was a tiny dry shrivelled chicken leg that had been deep fried, also by some equally overfried chips, that's was it, it could have fitted on to a bread and butter plate. All this was accompanied with a huge dry bread roll. Desert was a tiny 2 inch square of an imitation Tiramasu. This is probably one of the worst meals I have ever been served anywhere in all of my travels, it was enlivened only by watching the reactions of other unsuspecting diners, as they were served with their food most of whom were foreign visitors awaiting ferries or staying overnight as part of organised Camino way walks, . I must add that the food was served by a most charming young man who smiled (maybe he got the joke?) and was as pleasant as he could possibly be.
The food the food the food, the noise.
Very nice, spacious, clean room.
Communication issue when you don't speak Spanish. We couldn't find out when, where, and what is served for breakfast.
Very nice staff and clean room. Very comfortable beds.
Rooms are good
There is a bar under the hotel. In the night drunken men had a brutal fight outside in front of my window
Clean, friendly
Pricey
Location is great and very comfy beds. The checkin process was smooth and the property served its purpose to offer a closer location to the ferry in Bilbao.
Wifi didn't work. There was no password and several different free wifi's to connect to, but none worked and hence had to settle for mobile data, which was annoying
Very clean!
Too noisy, room hot - no fan, no interior lock, breakfast served too late for people walking the Camino and no coffee available in morning.
Room was clean and spacious. Good value on breakfast.
Nothing to mention.
The staff was really nice!
There was a lot of noise during the night. It is understandable as there is a restaurant below, but did not think it will be a lot.
