Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was delightful.

Room was quiet small but adequate

One night stopover on a Motorcycle tour… location fantastic!… free parking opposite so I could secure and watch my Bike.. there was Hotel parking at a cost. Very comfortable at the end of a long day!

Great location in Capbreton, very central, convenient car park that can be prebooked. Location is surrounded by good affordable restaurants. Great attitude and support from the staff, very pro-active and supportive.

The bed was a little hard!

The location was good and the bed comfortable

The shower leaked, the bathroom door didn't fit properly and had to be forcibly shut to close, clearly an ongoing issue by the scratch marks on the floor. The sink had a hole in the side. Under the bed were old water bottles and labels.

The hotel's near the beach and plenty of restaurants, etc. Fresh and plentiful breakfast.

The location was very good, the room was clean.

The room was the size of a shoebox and did not resemble any of the photos displayed on booking.com. The room was at the back of the hotel with a view of rooftops through a small window. The decor of the room was dark blue which added to the overall gloomy feeling. The shower holder was broken as was the soap dispenser, the hot and cold on the shower tap was the wrong way round. This was reported to reception and we were offered a coffee as compensation.Overall 50 % overpriced in comparison to other excellent hotels and accommodation we have stayed in over the past three weeks on our cycle trip.

The hotel was very noisy. Poor sound insulation. Water in pipes above kept us awake. Looking at photos, I expected a view of the sea from the beachfront not the estuary. No reception from 8 pm. Expensive room rate. Small bathroom.

Overall it was great being so close to everything and the hotel had nice sea side charm.

Maybe slightly tired looking in some places but still it was really pleasant overall.
