Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the property is open from Monday until Friday from 6:30 am until 12 pm, and from 5 pm until 9 pm. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, we are open from 7:30 am until 12 pm, and from 5 pm until 9 pm. Outside the reception opening hours, you will find a self-service check-in machine in the hotel entrance that will allow you to get your room number and its access code at all hours. In order to benefit from this service you will need your booking number and your credit card. Please note that your room access code also opens the portal and the hotel hall.
