Hotel San Roque

Breakfast very nice…quiet place…comfortable bed, nice size room and good hot water showerVery hospitable

Floors made some noise…was worried about room below

Excellent value and centric location.

Just one minor complaint: the squeaky noise from the wood floors, both in my room and the room above. It was very annoying when trying to fall asleep.

Weather was very cold but after all it was November and i had just driven from sunny Anderlucia.

The staff were so welcoming and especially spoilt our dog making him part of the stay and overall experience We had the menu del noche and it was exceptional value for money

A lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent, the room very comfortable and the building was gorgeous and in a great lot just a short walk into the historic centre.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful.parking was easy on street in front of hotel.The rooms were nice and spacious with great bathroom facilities. We ate dinner and breakfast which was perfect and great value for money.From a location perspective it's just of A 67 and an hour from Santander ferry. We will definitely be staying again.

Very difficult to be negative.slight noise from other rooms above and adjacent but that's hotels insnt it!

This was our second stay in two weeks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the incuded breakfast is great. the optional evening meal is great value. When we were there a three course meal including wine was 13 euros for weekdays and 19 euros at the weekend, but the food quality stepped up for Saturday and Sunday. We cycled to the hotel and there is good, secure indoor bike parking in the hotel itself.

If I'm being really picky, the bathroom in the room we were in for our second stay was a bit dated, but beautifully clean.

The staff was amazing and they welcomed us with open arms and José gave us wonderful suggestions for recreation and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent as well!

Reasonable breakfast - Spanish breakfast's generally disappointing. Good clean accommodation, rooms a good size with small balcony. Staff courteous and professional.

Breakfasts could have been more varied.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. This is our third stay at the San Roque and this time service, cleanliness and decor were much improved. The restaurant was open in the evening offering a great menu for €15 including wine, and it was great. Home cooked food at it's best. Breakfast included for €57 for a double room. It's just great value. If you're heading to Reinosa it's the place to stay. And if you arrive by bike there's a bike rack inside the hotel.

There wasn't anything to complain about. It was all good.
