Breakfast, quietness, parking lot and views from hotel. Very affordable hotel for what it offers

Beds are not the most comfortable type, but to be fair they are not too bad and definitely good enough for a short stay

The owner was our recepcionist. A professional who took the time to answer my specific questions about the building etc. The hotel building and its parking space were designed and constructed well for its purpose, and this pays on the long run. Quick & easy access from the highway and still no noise from it.

Details only. Just one: As in most cheap or expensive hotels in Spain and elsewhere, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang one's clothes or towels on.

A Little dated and Not close to Bars and Restaurants.

perfect location for stop off before Santander ferry. Good food in restaurant , breakfast layout much improved since our previous visit.

Mattresses are rock hard .

Room was comfy and quiet. Parking was excellent. friendly staff. Really excellent meal at night. Ideal stopover for the ferry the next day. It took less than and hour to Santander.

Ideal for our requirements, no dislikes.

Easy to find with free parking and very good and substantial buffet breakfast. Grat value and very good views from our top floor rooms.

Below par really for a hotel listed on Booking dot com.

Reception area gave a very bad impression. No reception was available until 4 pm (we arrived at 3 pm). We were requested to leave our passport at reception until the receptionist arrived which we declined to do. The whole area was untidy, and the entrance doors has pieces of paper taped to them with instructions to call a telephone number in order to gain access.

Lovely modern decorated room and a great walk in shower

The room was cold as no heating available, mattress was too firm, only one flat pillow and the toilet seat had come adrift.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, very good dinner, good breakfast and secure garage parking

It was a convenient location not too far from Santander. It was clean and comfortable.

Service at dinner but there was a town festival that evening so perhaps not a true representation of normal table service.

Easy access from motorway. Convenient heading north to Santander 1 hour drive. Nice views of mountains Very nice staff at reception and in the cafe /Restaurant in the evening. Set meal of the day with choices 16 euros including wine etc Simple but good. We had Cesar Salads big plate and a beef steak. Not tender but was tasty and ok

Good location good staff but needs a deeper attention to small things. Lifts a bit tired looking paint peeling in en suite black mold around some tiling and soap holder We were on seconed floor. Wifi can be very poor. Nice hotel will stay again but needs a person with a good eye to tidy up paintwork grouting etc.

Clean and tidy rooms

The building looks old and dirty which could put people off but the inside is fine , clean and modern

Room was surprisingly good and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was a very basic self serve buffet with limited choices. Given the reasonable room price I really couldn’t have expected anything more.

Staff were friendly and the food was very good.

The hotel and some of the fittings in the bathroom are a little tired and could do with updating. The hotel room itself is relatively new.

The springs in the beds were really bad, I put the quilt on top of the bed hoping this would be a bit more comfortable but could still feel them. The first and foremost I expect from an overnight stay is to get a good nights sleep. Cleanliness was good. The bath waste was leaking really bad when we had a shower ( which we cut short) as we didn’t want it to flood the floor. Breakfast was good and the views.Linda

Good mattresses and regular checking of maintenance.

Modern spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom. Great location with free car park. Petrol station, supermarkets and other shops nearby.

No tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom.
