- Breakfast was fair, and the ladies attending the restaurant were great. Some of the staff at the reception was rude, dismissive . They are really it interested in helping you or giving you information about the city
- The location is great and breakfast was ok. No issues with staff.
Cons -
- The hotel placed an unauthorized charge in my credit card of $ 100,000 without even notifying me! A loose OJ containers glass lid was accidentally broken.The manager refused to get on a call to discuss the issue,didn?t file a report, just charged my CC
- This hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The pictures online are taken from a distance so they don't show the old worn out furniture or sloppy paint job to cover all the cracks. Sink had mold, toilet didn't flush, key was deactivated during my stay.
