- Many details are being overlooked in this non-5-star hotel. There is no safe box, and when I requested a room with one, they brought a "PORTABLE 6x6" safe box, which was surprisingly ridiculous. Socks from the previous guest were left in the room.
- The staff were really nice

- There is nowhere to hang towels, with only one hook in the shower, located in a different area. and the jacuzzi wasn't clean. I also requested a room change due to street noise, and their solution was to offer me cotton devices for my ears.
- Location, no safe in room, and this hotel is not a 5 star hotel
