Beautiful, quiet location great for small children. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and our kids loved all the animals and the playground. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and had all the basics needed for a nice getaway. We would definitely return.

Property is beautifully maintained with several different accommodation options. I enjoyed that they also had pet friendly accommodations. The whole team is friendly and helpful and overall I found the quality of service and quality of the accommodation and property to also be a great value for the price.

Nothing - we loved the stay.

A beautiful location surrounded by nature and scenic canals, situated in the heart of a forest—ideal for peaceful walks. The nearby fitness area and playground were convenient, especially for our five-year-old. The views were stunning, and the sunsets added a romantic touch to the experience. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-rounded stay.

Temperatures dropped noticeably at night, so I would recommend providing an electric heater in each room, particularly for families with young children.

We were staying in the tent. I enjoyed our stay. Cozy warm bed. At the last days of March it was cold outside, but everything is made for comfort and with care. Heater, warm sheets, welcoming pack, easy to reach reception and quite surroundings. I like that it is car free area, so possible to hear nature with just a small amount of interruptions: staff car, some territory care cars.

Park is perfect and the house has everything you need for a relax stay.Check in time at 1200h and Sunday check out at 2000h is awesome!! Very friendly staff. Always great coming here to get a relax get away! Highly recommend

Could be bit more stuff in kitchen, plates, glasses, etc.

The staff were lovely we booked last minute and was late.The location was good short drives to most places only 35 min to Amsterdam we had a cabin right on the lake it was really nice

Trying to park was an issue every night. The main bed had 2 single quilts not a full size one was a bit of an issue one had what looked like snot all over it so we shared one quilt there was cobwebs all over the wardrobe area and the main light in the front room did not work and was hanging off the ceiling with the wire exposed

The place was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

The hot tub was not prepared. We booked a night, especially for the hot tub. However, when we got there, they told us that we needed to fill up the tub and warm it up ourselves. Filling it up took at least an hour due to the low pressure of the water, and then it took long hours to make it warm, as we had to do it with the fire. In the end, we could manage to jump in around midnight. When I mentioned to the receptionist, she told me that they normally advise to choose the accommodation with Jacuzzi in case there was only one night booked. So i wonder why they didn't advise it when they saw our booking?With this experience, I feel disappointed to pay this amount while we could barely enjoy the main part of the accommodation.

the location is great and close to nice landmarksthere are enough restaurants and a big supermarket in a short drivethe resort itself is very beautiful with lots of animals and nature around, really loved all the available toys for the kids!

its a shame that one of the biggest villas has only 1 toiletwe stayed 2 families in there and it was very uncomfortable - they should mention it specifically as it would have change our mind about the entire bookingthe kitchen is very small and there isnt enough room to cook enough essentials that we could use

Great place to relax and tanning Clean , Comfortable place to stay and nice friendly staff

Let's start with the activities, grab an SUP or kayak and enjoy the lake, it's shallow enough that most kids over 8 can stand up in the water. The cabins themselves, are small but really well thought out, with enough room to fit 4 comfortably and 6 at a squeeze. The cooking facilities in the culinary villas were great, with a ceramic bbq and gas grill, plus the way the park is designed, most terraces have some level of privacy. It's really easy to travel to Amsterdam from here by train, or drive if you prefer, but you're really here to soak up the relative quiet of the countryside. The restaurant on site is lovely, serving great pizza's and drinks. Plus you can say hello to the resident donkey, horse, pony, cow, sheep and pigs too, which the kids loved! And a little tip, the restaurant across the road at Terrawolde was spectacular!

A couple of things. Noise carries here so when there are kids playing at night it can feel loud, but the resort have set a noise curfew which definitely helps, and are planting lots of trees which will absorb some of that sound. The SUPs and Kayaks are great, plus there is yoga and wine tasting on site which is wonderful, but some of the other games that were offered, e.g. archery couldn't be found on site which was a little disappointing, plus there was a limited variety of bike sizes available to hire on site.

The resort is beautifully done and cared for, surrounded by amazing nature. We loved our stylish accommodation which provided the comfort we needed and expected. Amazing bonus was that dogs were also allowed and our son had a wonderful time playing, seeing all the different animals and canoeing. We used the kitchen and cooked most nights however we also enjoyed food in the restaurant on-site.

Beautiful surroundings and great facilities

Nothing to complain about really, would've been nice if they had provided soap and shampoo for the showers.

Great peaceful location, quite spacious and comfortable cottage for 2 people with the sauna. Resort area is private and tranquil.

Lack of amenities, not even a soap provided, no salt nor basic spices in the kitchen

It is already 3rd time we visit this lovely place with the kids. We really enjoy the surrounding, the staff and the actual accommodation. Highly recommended!

The hot tub, the nature/ animals at the site, that you are able to heat up the bed/blanket when it's a bit colder, each room had it's own bathroom and towels, the way the hacienda tent was decorated/ it's structure, good wifi,...

That there was only one key and only one person was able to lock their room at night.

The area is nice, nice bathtub and sauna, good restaurant and the tent is comfortable

The tent is freezing, almost uncomfortable so, staff warned you before that there is no heating, but it was very cold to be inside or sleep

The place is beautiful, villas deco are noce and comfy. Staff are nice and helpful. It’s amazing place to chill and relax

Only hair dryer was missing which is not a big deal
