I wouldn’t consider it as a spa - few choices, not always working No restaurant

This is a very complete hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, and I liked the swimming pool too.

The airco could be updated.

The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety. Also, the staff was very friendly and the grounds beautiful. Had more activities to try, but we didn't had time for everything.

We had to wait a little bit for the room to be ready, but we were able to wait in a comfortable living room. The Turkish bath didn't seem to be working and the temperature im the gym was a bit high, but the jacuzzi was great!

Staff friendliness and very accommodating. Great breakfast! Nice AC and room quality.

The fact that the Restaurant / Bar does not operate full day

The layout, rooms and facilities where great and in good condition.

Perhaps a longer F&B operation period.

The place is amazing. Very nice gardens, good views.

Spa was a complete desillusion. At the reception I had to ask everything to the recepcionist, no initiative from him to show the services available and included in the price. He failed to tell us that we needed pool cap, and only gave us pool robes because I asked if there was any... At the SPA they told us everything was explained at an email they ended us... wich I have not received....

Breakfast

Bedroom, jacuzzi broken, sauna broken, pool cold water, bar opened until 11pm only, humidity in the room, bugs on the walls, stranger's hair in the shower etc

Very clean.

It was almost night and the pool area lights were not turned on, aswell as the sauna and turkish bath. The room light was not very cosy and thr room itself was just ok. Location of the hotel wasn't nothing special.

The room waa super and the staff both Cristina at the reception as the breakfast staff always kind, warm and smiling. Superb experience, we will return in full family squad!!

Nothing not to like.

stuff very friendly and open to help, as we had a wedding and we arrived earlier at the place and the check in was at 3pm and the wedding at 3.30pm so they slowed us to check in slight earlier what’s was worth it

in the spa the sauna couldn’t go up in heat what’s as a bit bad, but apart of that the spa it’s very good

Very lovely staff

bedroom was rather basic and the bed was very hard , restaurant would of been nice to eat at night .

The breakfast was great, with full range of fresh fruit and diversity. The sauna and turkish bath were also great adittions to our stay and the spa with massages was the reason we came.

The pools, both outdoor and indoor need more maintenence since the tiles are wearing off and it can be unpleasant.

rooms were spacious and clean

there was a glass partitions between the bathroom and the bedroom which meant there was no privacy when using the bathroom. not so much of an issue if you go with your partner not so good when with friends. also to go to a restaurant off site it was a €20 taxi ride.

The hotel was very clean. All the staff we talked to were immensely helpful. The garden and area surrounding the hotel is beautiful and very calm, with grapevines and fig trees.The premium suite met my expectations, the bed was big and comfortable, and the balcony was very spacious, as well as the bathroom.

The TV on our bedroom was comically small and distant from the bed. The mini-fridge buzzes a lot, maybe it could be put on the entrance room instead of the bedroom. We also couldn't find any staff in building where the spa and pools are.
