Alojamento Local Tamega

Great location, very clean, and great communication from staff

Easy to find the place

It didn't have the lunch room open because they were on holiday. I booked it because they offered free breakfast but then days later after the booking I was told that the lunch room is closed because they were on holidays. I even met the manager of the place, such a nice person but she reassured me that the lunch room was going to be closed for the same reason.I wouldn't have booked it if I had known there was no free breakfast as it was advertised.

The location is perfect directly opposite the bus terminal. The hosts are really friendly and helpful and can't do enough any problems just ask. They also run the cafe next door for snacks and breakfast

pleasant and cozy stay, which is very important - responsive and professional owners, a very pleasant stay experience

a little noisy from street, I always travel with earplugs

The owners were absolutely fabulous. They offered a breakfast for a small fee which was delicious and were super friendly and helpful in giving us tips of what we wanted to see next. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The shower could use a little updating, but it worked totally fine!

comfortable, good location

sink faucets and outside entrance door hard to operate,

very nice rooms, newly equiped, comfortable beds, huge bathroom, friendly staff, clean, very calm area, close to the center, we really liked the stay.

I wish all my accommodation was this good. Brilliant hosts who were very helpful but not intrusive, felt very safe and 300m to some great places to eat and drink. Thank you Sara.

The room was a good size and clean.

The room faces the road which is a bit busy and noisy

Everything was P E R F E C T! The staff is awesome and well prepared and at your service, the accomodation is 45 seconds (I have counted :) ) away from the bus station (usually it is never less than 15 - 45 min), it has like 4,5 restaurants within 1 minute of walking distance, and also some grocery shops (also within 1 minute walk)...That is just the location, but the room...If I could I would give it an 11 or even higher.EXTRA clean, EXTRA big compared to many others I have been to (which by the way have more stars to it, and much higher prices!), nothing in the room is old everything is new, bed is super comfortable, toilet super clean, free water and coffee...I don't have much more to say but just one BIG thank You!I would absolutely recommend this to everybody (PS it is only 40 minutes away feom Porto by bus, so, about 20-25 with a car... wink wink)THANK YOUToni

The stuff was greeat. They were ready to help and they recommended us an amazing local restaurant at a very good place. They gave us a free coffee and some bottles of water to refresh.

The pillow was hard.

Everything! The room was very illuminated, cleaned, with a good smell. The location was excelente, crossing the street there is the bus station.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The super clean room and bathroom were worth the money.

Unfortunately, during wintertime, you should ask how to turn on the heating system in AC, because it was blowing cold air. Aside from this everything was superb!

Well locatedgood quality priceGood welcome

Be careful if you have a room close to the street, it's noisy. With good ear plugs, it's fine. Ask for a room not on the street.

Location

The AC was too complicated to handle

The room, building, location

The beds are too hard

Very good value and friendly staff

good

the room was very noisy, because of traffic

Well located.

It was hard to find where to park the car.
