AirPark Balice

The location was great and staff was friendly.

The beds were not very comfortable and the windows were FAR from soundproof, so it was a really rough night for sleep.

Good location for the airport. Very serviceable accommodations, nothing fancy. Nice that there were cups and water in the room. The family room was really big.

Very basic, small bathroom, some stains on the bed covers.

The shuttle service from the airport was wonderful, even though we arrived very late at night. The room was quiet and comfortable.

For the price, we could not have expected more.

No breakfast for us. We left at 4am. No time for a meal

We really liked the prompt to pick up at the airport for free, and the being taken to the airport very early and promptly the next morning to fly!! the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! It feels a little bit like friends or family!

There was only one cover and one pillow on the bed …it would’ve been nice if it would’ve been ready when we got to our room…

Friendly staff, good location and the shuttle was on time and helpful

They need a upkeep on the bathroom I'm sure it was mold I saw- and a luggage cart would help a lot we had a lot of stuff and going up and down with ur luggage at 4 am isn't helpful plus all the noise we make a luggage cart would help

It was very close to Krakow (KRK) airport and had free shuttle runs to and from the airport. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Room had hot water kettle with 2 tea bags and some instant coffee packets.

The room had a very strong floral fragrance, probably from cleaning products. I arrived with a headache and the odors intensified the headache.

We stay here often. Great location close to airport. Very clean.

The WiFi wasn’t working most of the time. This was the only time that has happened when we’ve stayed here.

the location is perfect if you are flying in/out of Krakow airport. the staff were helpful and attentive. the room was very clean and comfortable. we rented a family room for 5 persons and everyone slept very well. we used their long-term parking which was significantly less expensive than the official airport options.

The location is ideal for air travel. The staff at AirPark are the best I have ever had to deal with anywhere I've traveled. Very friendly and helpful. They are available 24/7 to shuttle guests to and from the airport. The rooms are always clean and well appointed.

Nothing that I can think of.

The transfer to hotel. Comfortable and clean room.

Great location, well-run. Convenient free airport transfer. Quiet and clean room.

Very expensive for the barebones standard of the room.

The transfers to and from the hotel were quick and convenient, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, making for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is 7 min walk from the airport/railway station. There is a pavement and streetlights all the way to the property. The staff is always very nice. They offer free transfer to and from the airport. The room had everything I needed (kettle, hairdryer, etc.) and was clean. The bathroom was nice and new. Wi-fi worked well.

I found it mean and silly to provide the room with only 2 teabags. It costs nothing to put there a few more. The worst part of the stay was an old mattress and noise in the corridor. If the door can not be of higher quality then there should be signs for guests everywhere to keep quiet between e.g. 10pm and 8am so those of us who arrive after midnight can get a proper sleep.

Communicative host 24 seven available free shuttle to the terminal

Windows are not completely noise, isolated. But I guess it’s OK.

Close to the airport, big room. Free parking. Free shuttle to the airport.

Stuff doesn't speak English. There is only one person at the check in desk, but he is also the shuttle driver to the airport, so sometimes one cannot check in or check out. No breakfast, only lunch box.

Staff very friendly

No restaurant in hotel or near by. Restaurants in area close early.

Facility, shuttle to the airport, free parking.

Stuff attitude

Clean simple hotel near the airport, good value for money. We liked the different room options including a four person room with single beds for our kids. The staff were nice and the free shuttle to the airport very convenient.

As it turned out the packed breakfast needed to be ordered until noon of the previous day - but it was not communicated to us so we could not get it. It was a shame since there are no breakfast alternatives near the hotel.

The location. Great for one night to catch a next day flight

Staff not much!! Not very personable or particularly helpful
