The room is very clean and good equipped. Location is ok.

If you choose to pay at the property you have to walk 25min to Mimosa Hotel to pay, what is not mentioned anywhere. Additionally, you can be charged for the dog or some tax, which was not mentioned anywhere, which for us for one night was 18€ extra. So even so we liked the property itself, I doubt we come there again, unpleasant experience. Stuff is rude.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. The sauna area in the basement was super nice.

Beautiful house, with a lovely terrace. Every detail made me feel like home. From the toiletries to the comfy bed, I had a great time.

This hotel is a total disaster in terms of its staff and their communication skills. Check in was very late (16:00) in my opinion, they do not send any check-in or check-out communications in advance like the properties usually do, so it made us worry. There was no one at the hotel to ask questions, just closed doors, at fist they were slow at replying (2-3 hours on average) then they just stopped replying at all. The “best” part was that after a long day on a train and a super hot day we came to a hotel which had NO HOT water. Spoiler: we did not have it all the three nights while we stayed at this hotel. When we called in the mornings the hotel was saying that they will check it, when we called in the evenings we simply got a reply “Sorry, the reception closes at 7pm, please call tomorrow during our work hours, we cannot help you at this hour”. Frustrating experience for this price per night. During the first evening I showered with cold water and had a sore throat the next morning, during the second evening we had to boil water on a stove to have some warm water to wash ourselves, on a third evening we went to shower to our friends house, it is ridiculous. This was a very awaited trip and my present for my husband’s birthday. They just ruined it for us because the way we were treated was just extremely upsetting. Never set foot in this hotel, I really do not recommend it! Oh, also there were construction works on the territory of the property, which no one has warned us about of course, and no, they were not connected to the water issue.

Location is great.

The apartment was dirty and is in need of a renovation. We stayed there two years ago and were quite happy back than. This time, staff was unfriendly, we could check in over two hours later than communicated. Once accessed the apartment, we were greeted by a bad small, spiderwebs and dirt in the corners. The patio was dirty and covered in weeds.

We didn’t receive any instruction for the check-in even though I also wrote to them that morning to ask them. Once there, we tried to call the number indicated in the booking confirmation but it was disconnected. We tried 3 different phone numbers we found online and we finally managed to talk to someone that didn’t speak any English. The bathroom smelled, we tried to write to them but we didn’t even got a reply. There was a TV that was supposed to be a smart tv but wasn’t even connected to the internet nor it was possible to do so.

Clean, calm, good bed

The perfect place for a stay in Sylt! We really enjoyed it, the beds are comfortable, everything very clean and the staff really helpful.

Great location, 8 mins walk to the beach and 2 mins from Lerchenweg bus stop. The house itself is also very pretty.The kitchen, though very small, is well equipped.The bed is very comfortable.

Cleanliness - there was always sand on the floor, even directly after the cleaning staff had left. I swept multiple times a day, everyday, but couldn't get rid of the sand somehow. The couch - the couch in apartment 2 is very old and used. Down feathers kept coming out of it, we couldn't sit on it as the festhers were poking out and caused irritations.The fixtures - we found two parts of broken fixtures on the floor on 2 days, one was from the lighting and the other one we couldn't identify. A little scary to think things keep falling off.

Position is great, in a closed road very silentRoom was super comfortable, there is everything you need included a dishwasher and a small electrical bbq.

Funny you must pay an extra for the parking

I was at Sylt only for 14 hours - just to have been there. So I can not really judge the island.
