Excellent location, well, newly renovated hotel, super breakfast, highly recomenndable!

Central location

We chose the Mimosa Hotel. The Suites would have been a better option as they had the better facilities.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It’s easy to find. 12mins walk from the train station

It was a last minute booking due to a change of plans. The room was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you could want and the breakfast was delicious.

No complaints at all

The bedroom was good

Shower rather small. The over-elaborate system for getting in after the reception is closed (around 8pm) is not at all customer friendly. It was late and I had been travelling all day since 8am. Someone called me on the train (no idea it was the hotel) and bad signal so it failed. I returned the call but no answer. I left a message and got no call back. Much later as we were grappling on the phone together to work out their digital ‘mission impossible’ system with many attempts to get my key card he said I should have answered his call, assuming I did not. This hotel should warn that there is no reception after a certain time. There was no one on reception in the morning either to be able to pay! I needed to leave so now have to pay a different way.

Pleasant

There was no parking place. Our room was in a basement (with no option to change it) with a small window. There was no WiFi longin and passwort avalible.

Good location, a block from the beach. We were able to find parking right out front. Good breakfast.

Delightful pillows and duvet. Bathroom 10/10. The included breakfast was also a bonus. The staff are exceedingly helpful.

Sadly, the room in which we stayed is in the basement, which was not advertised to us. In fact, they have several rooms in the basement—I would imagine that these rooms, like ours, do not receive ample sunlight. As a result, we didn’t have a window with any semblance of a view. It would’ve been nice if we had been made aware of this!

The room was in a basement over looked by a court yard so unable to have the curtains drawn as people sit just outside. I would stay again but I would want a room on the 1st floor at least

Very nice stay at this hotel - spacious beautiful room, cleanness, balcony where you can chill and amazing location - we would definitely not mind to return here.

The only little issue was to find the hotel because it is called Mimosa, but that is just a detail.

Clean, big rooms. Natural materials. Wooden floor. Calmed and tuned interior design of the room. Very good location.

The toilet did not work. We reported this. Then it was allegedly repaired, but did still not work. The lady in the reception was not interested in fixing the problem immediately. We waited one day for the toilet to be repaired which was uncomfortable for us, because we did not have a functional toilet.

First day, they also give a bottle of water in the room but no more after even if they clean the room.All the rest was very good.
