- The park is meant and organized for longer term stays, less so for one night stays and guests just passing through. The listing should make clear that bed linens and towels are NOT provided. I was on a bicycle tour and definitely didn't carry sheets for the beds with me. Perhaps I could have known by carefully reading the description, but I feel it should stand out since towels and linens are so standard in most accomodations, I wouldn't even consider they may not be provided
- The reception is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They put us in the cabin next to the garbage dumpsters when the park was only about 20% full. The cabin's heating did not work, and we were freezing. I asked the next day if we could switch cabins. They made it sound like this would be absolutely impossible, and could not be done. They sent a handyman to fix the heater (he had to come three times, and we had to be there to let him in). I insisted, and finally, they moved us to a newer, cleaner, and better-located cabin. It seems there is one competent person at the reception that recognized that customers have the right to be happy with the accommodation for which they paid. Honestly, be very careful when booking with them and ensure you get the cabin you requested.
