Hotel Alpina nature-wellness

The Staff was very kind.Food was good and not expensive.

Sauna's did not work, none of them.

unusual room interior, very comfortable bed, delicious food

there is none

Absolutely superb, super lovely staff at reception and in bar. We were travelling with our cat and we will definitely be back. Great food and swimming pool too. Ticked all the boxes

Wonderful location, very friendly staff, beautiful pool. Also very reasonably priced.

Outstanding views, excellent service, lovely swimming pool.

Nothing really. Perhaps nibbles at the bar.

The check-in staff were very helpful and fair.

The waiters were very arrogant. Not all of them. Not speaking German, they treat you with superiority

We booked with breakfast and dinner, but we were able to use an additional lunch meal with soup and snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. It was possible to charge an electric car. Comfortable bed, delicious food, nice pool.

We could not use the sauna in the evening, because the saunas work until 19.00 p.m.

The location of the hotel was in the city center - Wenns isn't a big city but you can find there anything you need. Also the ski bus stop was right in front of the hotel. Staff were nice, friendly and willing to help even if you doesn't speak German or English. Room nicely prepared and cleaned before my arrival.

Maybe the stevard on a reception could be more voluble because the day of our departure I was told I had meals in the price, however on booking the stay was without meals...

Carpets in the rooms

What I liked the most was the friendly service from the staff

Good

Food in the restaurant was not that nice, and it was not well explained what was included and what wasn't.

Perfect for families, staff were incredibly facilitating, great value for money, definitely coming again
