Euba Hotel

Rooms were fine, staff excellent and breakfast more than adequate.

The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant, but it didn¿t. Nor were there drinks making facilities in the rooms. The drinks machine in reception didn¿t work. A significant journey was required to eat and get drinks, unfortunately.

Rooms have been remodeled and were clean. Large parking lot with lots of spaces.

Some things are dated, like the elevator. Very poor choices for breakfast. The coffee was good

The breakfast was pretty awful, basically just bread. The staff could’ve been friendlier

Breakfast is very basic. Staff doesn't speak English but was very helpful.Self check-in machine is okay but you still need someone to raise an invoice with your company data.

Clean big rooms and bathroom

Only 1 staff for breakfast it was very busy and very basic breakfast. The automatic check in is complicated and long. Thankfully there was a receptionist there to help us do it quickly

The room was clean and breakfast was ok. They even prepared an omlet for us at request. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good fo us.

The hotel would make a better impression if the paint on the walls was brighter.

The location is fantastic, 12 mins from Durango and about 6 mins to Amoribetta. It was really clean and nice spacious rooms. Shower is lovely and hot, and again really clean.

The air conditioning wasn’t great and the room was very hot, you couldn’t open the shutters on the windows because the noise on a night would keep you awake with Lorrie’s driving past and for some reason there was a sort of emergency fire light on above the door which was difficult to get to sleep due to it been so bright it was like sleeping with a lamp on. The people staying in the corridors could be so noisy too.

Friendly helpful staff. Spoke English. Scenic location. Train station just across road. Clean and very comfortable beds

Nothing all good

We loved our two night stay in this hotel in the outskirts of Bilbao. Free parking outside the hotel. our room was huge and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens at the back of the hotel. The continental breakfast was basic but at 4 Euros, was good value for money. The train station across the road from the hotel is a quick 3 Euros trip into Bilbao. There was a safe in the bedroom. We totally recommend this hotel and would return..

There was nothing to dislike.

Staff were helpful and managed to put a meal together for us as there were no local restaurants open. The room and ensuite were a good size and spotlessly clean.

The automatic check in was difficult. Hotel reception uninviting and gloomy. Staff were concentrating on a large coach party who seemed to take precidence over us. This also was the case at breakfast.

Every thing about the room we had was good and a large shower room, all was clean and tidy

There was a rave very very loud music right across the road from the hotel, going on all night, we had the windows closed and the shutters down but it was still like standing next to a loud speaker at Glastonbury, went to bed at 11pm never slept a wink, I complained to hotel reception, all I got was nothing to do with hotel, music was still going and still as loud, we packed our cases and left at 2pm and drove all night to our next destination and hotel, WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BY RECEPTION THAT THERE WAS A RAVE GOING ON ACROSS THE ROAD AND WOULD BE LOUD MUSIC RIGHT THROUGH THE NIGHT, THEY DID NONE REFUND OUR MONEY

Not much to comment on really. There was plenty of off road parking and the room was functional - it was clean and adequate for an overnight stay within a half hour drive from Bilbao Port.A snack menu is available until 2200 and breakfast is served from 0700. Limited continental choice, but for €4 each it was good value.

Had difficulty locating the hotel as the sat nav systems in the car and our phones struggled with the address provided on our booking. Tried ringing reception but there was no response. That was explained when we did eventually arrive and realised it was self check in - reception was not staffed. Unfortunately the automated check in machine was designed for ID cards and could not recognise my passport.After a bit of a wait a member of staff appeared and we got our room. A short time after checking in I received an email offering pre arrival check in! This included a more accurate address which would have made finding the hotel so much easier.Hotel Euba is more like a roadside motel. It is around 5km from Amorebieta-Etxana, which is the closest town with shops, bars or restaurants.

Bed and room were big and comfortable. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself.

You can hear the cars in the road a tiny bit. Definitely not enough to bother our sleep a lot, but still worth mentioning.

Next to a power processing station.Staff dint really care for people. Afternoon guy was not at reception and self check in machine gave wrong passcode for room door. After pressing the ring call, came out looking like he was sleeping.Elevator doesn’t work (physically turned off) from 11pm to 7am. We needed to go down to check out with suitcases and elderly person at 7:20. No one on sight. Someone came after we had to carry the suitcases downstairs. Gave us a bad look when we complained about the lift. Physically said “mmmhh your luggage isnt that heavy”

For the money I paid I got a very clean and spacious room. There is nothing much to do nearby this place however it is a very convenient place to spend a night. Breakfast and service were great too!

The room was excellent. The staff on reception was very good, also working hard in the cafeteria area.

Location is a little noisy.

A basic room in a basic hotel. Good for one night.
