- We had asked when booking for a twin room.When we arrived after paying we were informed the room was actually 500m down the road obviously rented out to other persons.This in itself was not a problem but I couldn’t help feeling we had been had over.We arranged breakfast which I felt was expensive but the owner did cook me bacon and eggs .The shower was also almost off the wall.
- No air conditioning or fan in the room. Restaurant not open for dinner.
- Only serves breakfast. No dinner..

Very clean up-to date spacious hotel with some character. Covered area outside to relax or smoke. Helpful host with good English. Quiet area with at least two good restaurants within five minutes walk. Parking not a problem on road, possibility of off road parking.
very nice family run hotel. we arrived on a very hot day and were extremely tired from our cycle ride there but the host was very accommodating when we arrived and provided us with a lovely chilled bottle of mineral water which was very welcome. our room was lovely and quite large with a seperate hallway between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom, this was ideal for our panniers which do get in the way a bit. We bought drinks at the hotel, a choice of beers and i believe wine was available too and we sat at a table in the garden at the rear of the hotel. enjoyed our stay, no breakfast in our deal but not a problem to us as we like to set off early anyway.
Convenient to the EV15 cycling route. Air conditioning in the common areas. safe storage for our bikes. Good breakfast.
