Cost and authentic, the staff is very gentle

There is no kettle in the room.

Food was excellent! Outside play area for our kids was great. Room comfortable, great balcony. Clean and comfortable!

Not much to do in the town, which isn’t the fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was great!

Everything was superb - location, staff, clean, spacious and very stylish room, and delicious breakfast with lots of different options. We had a pleasant stay and would love to return again.

Excellent local cheese ham and bread

The outside playground for kids is amazing, be prepared to pay for some attractions but it’s totally fine. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very nice.

Breakfast was not great.

We have stayed for 5 nights. the hotel is very clean and organized and new, and the room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking and there is a railway station just 2 or 3 mins walk from the hotel. There is also a shop in the building, so it's easy to buy snacks and fruits.

1. the breakfast area is quite big,but I didn't understand why our family just sit the same table at the entrance, we can't sit in a desk with good view. 2 the 1st breakfast is more abundant, maybe in a weekend ?the other days were different. but of course still quite good.

Bread and fruits were fresh every morning. I was happy to find gluten free buns in the breakfast. Staff was friendly and cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Free parking at the hotel. Though we were driving, but the hotel was very close to the local train station.

The breakfast was average, nothing exceptional. Fewer options in the breakfast, there were only boiled eggs, for example. It was good 40-45 mins away from the Zurich Airport, but the drive was worth the locality.

Views of the mountains from the room balcony, good shower, excellent buffet breakfast. Volg supermarket located conveniently downstairs.

Third bed was the lounge with a mattress, room balcony was accessed through the bathroom.

The room where we stayed seemed like a newly renovated one.All facilities were of a very good standard - mattresses, faucets, etc.The room as well as the shower were spacious and the design of them was also very nice.The hotel was attentive to our request sent in advance, to reserve for us a quiet room.

In the bathroom near the sink, were medications that were not ours and probably were left there by previous guests.The breakfast was quite basic without a buffet but just pre-organized plates covered with plastic wrap.The lady explained to us that on Mondays they do not open the buffet, we did not see in advance any note on it while booking.We were not informed by the receptionist that the main doors to the hotel are locked at a certain time in the evening and so I found myself out of the hotel. In my case it was not a problem as there was still a lady at the restaurant that cleaned there the floor (and my wife was in our room at that time).

very nice room, spacious with large modern batchroom. Food in the restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there any time again.

Freshly and tastefully renovated family ran hotel, ideally located if you want to discover the zuri-oberland region. Great italian restaurant at the first floor.

Very modern clean hotel. The stuff was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. It was the nicest place we stayed on our Swiss vacation.

Big room, fully renovated. Very nice bathroom. Fast WiFi and delicious breakfast. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

No DC adapters for UE plugs. This should be a standard in a hotels. There was one available but the staff does not work during the evening on the reception. (4 tries to reach them from 7pm).

Very nice hotel where locals and tourists mingle. Great playground and racetrack for kids. Staff super friendly. We felt very welcome! And every hill/mountain in the area has an amazing cafe and things to do

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much of a trouble for them. We stayed the night before the Ironman Triathlon in Rapperswil and although breakfast starts at 9am on a Sunday, they prepared a (delicious) breakfast especially for us at 7am. The rooms were tastefully decorated, modern yet traditional, and very comfy. They even offered us a free upgrade when only one bed was made up instead of two. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was great. Traditional Swiss cuisine cooked well (we didn’t try the pizza menu, but they looked good too!)We will definitely return!

Comfortable room, huge private bathroom, nice and clean beds. Restaurant downstairs was also very good. It had a small convenience store right next door too. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

A bit expensive, but that's expected in Switzerland.

Renewed nice Hotel, interior style (breakfast buffet), restaurant, rooms. Out of city. Very nice service people. Great fun please for kids. Food quality/taste.

Little noisy with open windows early morning and late evening. Restaurant menu limited and somehow above average price (Switzerland). No charging station for ev/phev cars.

This is a lovely little hotel and the staff was kind and accommodating. The stay was perfect!

There is not very much parking near the front door for unloading luggage.

Fresh meat & cheese. Nice to have.

Hot meal for breakfast would be good.
