We loved the hotel which was in a beautifully renovated older building with lovely views. The pool was great and we enjoyed the bar and lounge areas.

very nice breakfast! place is well located within few minutes (by car) from the town, in a very quiet surrounding, good for relaxing :-) nice swimming pool and relaxing chairs under the trees.

Great views in a beautiful well restored building.Close to the quite but charming towns of Vouzela and Termas Sao Pedro Do Sol.

Could of had a mini fridge and a coffee machine for those that enjoy having an early cup of coffee in beautiful surroundings!

Breakfasts could include vegetables such as tomato or cuecomber but foods quality was superb

Stuff (both owners of the place) was really friendly. Location is very authentic with impressive view. Pool and the backyard nice, also if you are traveling with the kid.

Breakfast was way too simple. Some of the items in the place was broken (sunshade umbrella, shower - hard to get hot water). Wi-Fi isn’t working properly.

The pool was beautiful, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the Gins were marvelous.It was also a pleasure chatting with the hosts regarding the origins of the house, and they were very nice and gave us some tips about where to go and even lent us a guide of the area.

The breakfast hours could be a bit longer, it's only between 8:30 and 10:00 if I remember correctly.

This is a well appointed boutique hotel in an architect designed renovated historical building in lovely surroundings. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are extremely comfortable and clean

It was quite a surprise, the space was very comfortable and cosy.Very nice decoration.It's near S. Pedro do Sul, so an excelente alternative to the hotels there.The surroundings are also more beautiful than i was expecting, in special the small city Vouzela and the tracking of the Rios e Levadas in Oliveira de Frades.And finally, a very warm welcome from our hosts

The house is beautifully restored with amazing rooms. The owners are wonderful and friendly. It is themed on renowned Portuguese writers and it works well.The pool is fantastic and it is right next to the historical medieval Torre. Highly recommended! We can't wait to go back!!Tim and Sonia

The accommodation is quite new. An old style palace that was restored. The room itself was comfortable and bathrooms was in good condition and quite clean. The staff was friendly.

The road to access the property is quite narrow and poorly paved. The breakfast had good quality, but variety was small.

This is definitely a secret place! Family run boutique hotel in the middle of this fantastic centre region of Portugal.Great getaway if you enjoy......quiet and nature ...hiking ...visiting historical sites ...discovering wine producers...beautiful sunsets and hilly landscapes ...romantic holidays ...and a lot more!The hotel has been tastefully refurbished and is full of art, books and cosy areas.The hosts are absolutely lovely!
