    Pros +

    • The staff were incredibly kind, and we were thrilled to have a pet-friendly hotel. The rooms were clean, the Christmas decorations added to the festive atmosphere, and the spa experience was wonderful for relaxation.
    • The quality, attention to detail and friendly staff
    • The breakfast buffet was very good, a very wide range of choices and everything was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Cons -

    • During our visit, some parts of the spa were undergoing repairs, including the river view, one of the outdoor pools, and one of the Turkish bath. The food offerings at the bar were quite limited, and the restaurant closed fairly early.
    • Illumination of the restaurant, specially for the breakfast. I suggest more light
    • The room had very poor noise insulation. You could hear people on the street at 1 am shouting and other guests in the next room. The main reason that brought us to this specific hotel was the spa area which I expected to have thermal waters because of where it's located, São Pedro do Sul is known for that. The water in the pool, although the hotel has the word "termas" in it, which I expected to be hot an thermal, was tepid and smelled very much of chlorine.

Place is really great for few days relaxation at the SPA. But mainly people were coming for 1 night. I would recommend to do visits during the week days as the hotel provides a possibility of ONLY SPA access per hours rate so probably weekends are full of families with kids, what can be really noisy and too crowded. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant menu for lunch/dinner is a bit small but quality of food was good.

Pretty nice spa, nice facilities, very good breakfast, good view.

    Small room

It’s a cozy hotel with the hot, warm and cold pools, indoor and outdoor ones. Great design and a nice view over the cana

Very clean, superb restored old style, calm ambiance, great atmosphere, amazing pools, amazing breakfast, awesome SPA

    Nothing, really.

Interior decor is top notch. Located by the river. The staff is awesome and even the owner is really helpful.

Something that we learn after checking-in, although Thermas is in the name, the actual therapeutical thermal facility is located on a public facility outside the property. This is common practice within other Hotels in the thermal region. Anyway, the property has a really good SPA with every king of relaxing experiences, including massage for couples. Really worth it.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, great spa.

Although we had an upgrade from a standard room to a premium room, according to receptionist, the bedroom was facing the back of the hotel which was not a great view. Also the toilet paper left on the room was not enough :/

    9JaimePosted on: 8-25-2024

    The SPA, gym, solarium.

The staff too much worry about the quantity that you take on your breakfast.. it is ridiculous...Never happened before even in a hotel more cheaper or lower category..

The location is great, based on the panoramic view and place of the SPA. The SPA itself is really amazing and extremely good to see and to use.We will recommend the hotel for sure!

The worst point is practical impossibility to speak in English with staff! It wasn't correct service for ROOM SERVICE time wise and quality wise. There is very important point to have a charging station in the hotel for electric cars.

The spa is fantastic despite the Turkish sauna was really bad (not working properly and cold).

Well, the Air Conditioner was not working in our room, in fact found all my neighbors complaining too. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep well, just 3-4h as per my Iwatch. Next day when I reported to the front desk, they don’t look surprised and I fact, just told us “sorry” and ignore it.

Lovely pools, imaginatively and unusually organised spa.Very good chef and menu, we even stayed for a second dinner.Nice township around and the ability to visit terminal procedures within walking distance

The rooms are too small, there are too many of them and the spa can hardly cope with the full occupancy of the hotel. It is a pity that right under the windows of the hotel there is a road - but it is not the fault of the hotel of course.

The pool and warm water; the breakfast was super cool, is organized and have a large diversity of offers

    Clean and easy going environment

    SPA, Room, location

Restaurant, very poor choice of menu, poor quality of the food. The staff at the SPA (massage) arrogant and not efficient.

    Building, location & SPA

Windows isolation. Poor isolation, allowing all street noise to get into the room

    7SimonPosted on: 7-26-2023

    Nice rooms, decor is great.

A little understaffed and breakfast was much better on the busier weekend than in the week (more choice).

    7PedroPosted on: 6-12-2023

Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Cool neo vintage hotel!

    5CarlaPosted on: 5-24-2022

The main areas of the hotel, were very good, such as the lobby and the bar. Very well decorated and very rich materials. The breakfast was ok.

The worst was the room, it was very old, and it smells very bad, every time we enter the room we have to open the windows even tough it was raining outside. For the price we expected a lot better.

    Good

Too many Spider webs in the bedroom and the bathroom had a bad smell
