    • The Rock Club – A Grecotel Hotel to Live delivered the best hospitality we have experienced in a long time. From the very first moment, it truly felt like a king-and-queen experience. What impressed us most was the care even before arrival. The front desk staff, especially Mariami, contacted us in advance to make sure everything was prepared and to make us feel comfortable before we even reached the hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with beautiful refreshments Greek sweets, soft drinks, and wine and personally introduced to the hotel and our room. More welcome treats were waiting for us inside the room as well. The hotel itself is stunning. The white-themed design, attention to even the smallest details, and the carefully chosen art and décor create a timeless elegance and remarkable sense of luxury throughout the property.Breakfast was another magical experience far from a typical buffet. A variety of dishes were brought to our table and explained to us, with the option to order additional items and drinks from a selected menu. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was truly first class.Once we arrived, we didn’t even want to leave the hotel. It felt like home, wrapped in pure luxury. We couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return to this hotel chain again.
    • Wonderful welcoming at reception. Friendly staff. The accommodations. The stunning sea view. Cleanliness. Amazing breakfast.
    • Very friendly welcome. Found all reception staff very welcoming. Location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to beach and lake.

    Cons -

    • Low beds, are a little uncomfortable. Hard to keep light out at night because the outdoor patio lights on the ground floor stay on all night and come into the room.
    • Elevator was cool aesthetically, but a little tight for us.
    • AC was on the top of the bed. I got sick. The wind is blowing directly to your face

Beautiful boutique property. Rooms are large and beautiful. We appreciated the large walk in shower. Restaurant/bar on top floor was great with incredible views. We did not have dinner at the property, but the food was very good for both breakfast and lunch. Concierge/front desk was very helpful (dinner reservations, advising on good beach locations, arranging transportation etc..). Overall service was very good. This was our first time visiting the Athens Riviera, we usually go to one of the Islands. We loved the area, similar look and feel to the Islands but much easier to get in and out of. We will definitely return.

Elevator was cool aesthetically, but a little tight for us.

Friendly staff, good location, the breakfast, the view from the rooftop restaurant.

The service was very slow at breakfast.

The hotel has a good location, almost at the seaside. The interior design is so elegant and modern but warm!- Really nice to be there. The room was quite big with a nice view to the sea. The bed was comfortable. At the reception everybody was very polite and kind! The outdoor terrace is nice also the pool area.

The breakfast was not good. lots of sweet pastries and only egg dishes on the menu. (we had egg alergy) We had to ask for cold cuts separately so they brought us a slice of speck ham and half a slice of turkey ham. There were no vegetables or fish and the cold cuts were funny little, one and a half slices of meat for two people On the third morning they said if we asked for salmon or avocado they would have it in the kitchen. The waiter pours water and orange juice, or you have to ask for it if he's not paying attention. This is rubbish from a 5 star hotel.Perhaps everyone would be happier with a buffet breakfast at such an accommodation.

This hotel is superb. It's located just a few minutes walk from the beach, the lake and the restaurant strip. Above all is the service. It is always there, quiet and effective. We really felt welcomed by the entire staff (front desk, house keeping and restaurant)

Loved the place, quite relaxing, has been a great experience to stay at the Roc Club in general. Cozy sitting areas, attentive staff, comfortable room…Amazing pool area with an impressive tree next to it.

    breakfast a bit too sugary.

Liked totally everything. The place is incredible

    Nice room and pool

Noisy in the night from the traffic on the boulevard. The staff was friendly but overstrained with serving breakfast.

    10SarahPosted on: 10-23-2024

The room was excellent with a fabulous view. Breakfast was very good if not overwhelming! The breakfast tower with waffles, cheese and traditional Greek fare was impressive and the fruit station was of excellent quality. The staff were plenty and all helpful, friendly and professional. The mini bar is complimentary ( no alcohol) and refilled daily. And the turn down service was a lovely touch. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the lake which is beautiful, and restaurants.

The pool wasn't heated yet so couldn't use it. The room could use a stand alone miirror as the mirrors we had were behind the clothes hanging space.

Property was gorgeous. The welcome bubbles and dates was an excellent way to start the stay off. Very kid friendly. A lot of excellent attention to detail. Great breakfast service. Wonderful staff.

    l. The pool closed a bit early for us, considering we arrived at 5pm and left the next day at 9am, we couldn't access it or the gym. That was a bummer. Wished it could have stayed open until 9pm so we could have taken a dip. We had a leak under the sink in the bathroom so that was unexpected.

The staff was excellent, the breakfasts were excellent, the room was excellent. The location was perfect close to shops and beaches, restaurants. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. Expensive, yes but well worth the price

If it was a little cheaper we would have stayed another week

The staff were super friendly. The property so clean you could eat off the floors. The swimming pool was also super clean.

    10irenePosted on: 9-9-2024

This hotel exceeded our expectations!! The ratings unfortunately also reflect the hotel before its recent full upgrade and refurbishment. It is now an incredibly airy and lovely spot, with simple elegance and a boutique and welcoming vibe. The staff were all wonderful, and we especially loved Elefteria’s warmth and hospitality during our leisurely meals! Bed was very comfortable and the location was great- nearby the lake and many delicious restaurants! The pool was also incredibly relaxing.

    10ThomasPosted on: 9-9-2024

Clean, attractive, spacious but not packed

Struggling to think of anything. Perhaps no onsite massage / Spa facilities- always a bonus...

    10DinahPosted on: 9-7-2024

Everything! The staff were amazing, the place is stunning , loved the artwork and general design of the hotel, location is perfect for exploring the Riviera- will definitely stay there again next time.
