Quiet, clean, very close to the beach. Loved the breakfast!

no air conditioning only fan, so it was too warm for me, had to sleep with balcony door open, twin beds were too small and pushed together so no room between beds to move.

The location was perfect. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. Staff were helpful. We didn't go for breakfast.

It's an old building so expected a few things to be old but everything was well looked after. The upholstery in the waiting room could use replacing.

The breakfast is excellent, huge assortment of foods and beverages. The hotel is extremely clean and is in an ideal location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Also has a large pool with plenty of seting and towels. The staff was friendly and responsive to a couple of requests.

Our room was a little small, could have used more space. Also, I was told I had an upgrade to a sea view, but I had no view.

We loved the location, and the common areas such as the bar, breakfast restaurant, and pool were very nice. Easy walking to the beach, restaurants, and public transport.

The room itself was very basic. No hooks on the walls or doors to hang coats or towels. Very bare and plain decor. Paper cups for making tea and coffee - no teabags supplied. The bathroom was incredibly small and awkward. The entire room needs some colour or even just a rug on the floor to make it a bit more comfortable. The sheets were too small for the bed! And kept coming untucked with the slightest movement. So all night we were wrestling with trying to get the sheets to lay flat. Even after the housekeeper changed them for us there was no improvement. It would be nice if the hotel actually had sheets that fitted their mattresses! The issue of beach towels was another interesting one. It’s not possible for international travelers to carry a beach towel in our suitcases. The hotel wanted to charge us €10 each for a beach towel and threatened guests with a €20 per towel washing fee if we took the hotel towels to the beach. Luckily we found a friendly nearby kiosk that sold Turkish towels. The hotel should consider supplying beach towels to guests at no extra cost considering what we were paying per night to stay there.We also thought it was a bit of a stretch being charged an extra $500 for an ocean view room and then being put on the third floor which wasn’t we really high enough to see much past the trees. Really dislike the fact that guests are allowed to smoke on their balconies, the smell of smoke drifts a long way, so this is not a nice thing for non-smokers.

Location is fantastic! Steps to beach and restaurants. Great view of the Sea from our room. Very happy!!

Pool was shady much of the day.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding. We got a free upgrade to a suite with a living room which was awesome. Location is close to the beach, lots of restaurants in the area. Nice pool. Great breakfast buffet.

Great location - quiet, clean and near the beach. Maria, Alex and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to interact with, friendly, kind and professional. Nearby restaurant choices right on the beach are a plus, as well as a walking path down the coast. If I return, this is my preferred place.

It’s not a reflection of the property, but I’d say driving into the city and site visitation … drive time with traffic is up to an hr. My 10 am airport drive took 25 minutes … so it all depends on the time of day … the later in the day the heavier the traffic and over commute by Metro or taxi. All the same.

This is a good hotel, but not exceptional. I stayed for one night. All hotels in Vouliagmeni are more expensive than the rest of Athens. Breakfast was decent, bed comfy. Bathroom smallish. Staff pleasant.

The staff was amazing and very pleasant.

We left behind a brand new pair of sneakers and when we called looking for them were told “ the shoes were old and dirty” and they threw them out.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the beach and plenty of beachside restaurants. Parking was also easy, which was a real plus.

The rooms, for the price point, felt quite dated and plain. The hotel’s photos were more flattering than the reality. The reception staff were very good, but the poolside experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty appeared disinterested, sitting on his phone rather than managing the area. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect poolside staff to be arranging beds and towels, clearing bottles, and generally maintaining the space. Instead, it felt untidy and not the most welcoming environment.

Location is great close to the beach

We had a large cockroach in the room and the breakfast staff people were unpleasant and rude! Very unhelpful. When we told them about the cockroach they said they come from outside Yadi yadi yada

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The bathroom was very small and poorly designed, which made it uncomfortable to use. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room properly, and the bed was not comfortable at all. The room felt old, and the furniture was outdated and worn out.The only thing I liked about the room was the balcony, which was a nice touch. However, it doesn’t make up for the other issues. Overall, the price was too high for the quality and features the hotel offers.On a positive note, the hotel staff were very respectful and helpful. They really tried their best to assist in any way they could, which I truly appreciated.

Friendly staff and great breakfast and conditioned rooms

The pool closed early as my kids wanted to swim after getting home from excursions. The pillows in rooms all too big and uncomfortable got sore necks. Minor details but was not pleasant waking up on vacation with stiff necks. Thank goodness they had AC in the rooms

I booked the night of 28/06 night and fully paid in advance, when I arrived around 11pm, the staff told me that there was no room for me, they shall transferred me to another hotel, which I had no idea where and how it would happen. I refused and left.
