Pros +
- Awesome, comfortable, enormous beds, crispy white lining, dozen of pillows - like in the high-end hotels. The restaurant is outstanding - they make the best tartar I've ever tried, and all the other dishes were aiming to a Michelin-quality.This hotel is a perfect place for 2-3 days escape and recharge. Fitness is very decent, spa is nice, especially given you've got the whole hour only for your self. 1 hammam, 1 sauna, 2 shower rooms, exterior pool, hot/cold baths, big interior pool with a couple of bubbling bed and seats. Solarium in nicely hidden behind the bushes.
- Quality all round, from safe parking, friendly and helpful staff, to great value for money, great food and peaceful surroundings. Definitely coming back.
- We loved Artiem, it is very well organized, neat and attentive to details. Breakfast was really good, I loved the fact that eggs are made especially for you, the plate is hot and not from buffet. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful.
Cons -
- Breakfast and Dinners are ok but :- Sara cant do a decent Cappucino, either burnt or makes a latte soup. Please let Xavi do the coffees.- The staff sometimes bring you bread, sometimes they dont. The first time we had breakfast we didnt even know that we could ask for extra dish a part from the Buffet and nobody brought us the menu. Every time was a different treatment, you should standardize the process so that :- You get bread and olive oil for lunch and dinners- You get menus at breakfast - The one that knows how to use the coffe machine makes coffee instead of everyone doing everythingThe girl from Sevilla gave us nice tips on some places to visit aroundIt would be nice to have a working space
- spa is extra,, expensive and only for 1h
- They provide one bottle of water the first night only. The breakfast (yogurt and fruit selection ) is poor. Yogurt was bad slimy and particularly strange. Spa is very expensive 22 euros per person just to use the water circuit which is nothing special. Breakfast is expensive for what it offers. No indoor pool. The shower and bathroom were not cleaned with bleach.

I recently stayed at this spa, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's attention to detail and warm hospitality were absolutely outstanding. Everything was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The spa itself was a delightful surprise, offering an impressive range of options, including an outdoor jacuzzi that added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The hotel's bar and restaurant were equally amazing—the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch.As for the room, it was incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptional, providing one of the best night's sleep I’ve had in a while, and the shower was equally impressive, with great water pressure and a sleek design.Overall, this stay was a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and quality. I can’t wait to come back!
spa is great, but you have to pay extra and you can only use it for very limited time
spa is extra,, expensive and only for 1h
Facilities. Canteen staff and reception staff lovely and very nice and helpful

Location, pleasant bar and restaurant. Good massage services.
Challenging to communicate clearly with front desk person.
Absolutely loved my stay here. Food was exceptional, lovely staff , room spa stay etc. I’ll be back
Location not the best if you want to get places by foot but the hotel can organise taxis
The hotel was beautifully designed in a modern way. The staff were all amazing both on the reception desk and in the bar and restaurant. The food was all amazing and good sized portions. We could choose off a menu for breakfast but they had an extensive buffet too. Coffee was great which is always a great sign of a good hotel. They catered for my gluten free requirements with no problem at all. Menu was marked which foods have gluten but the waitress helped with the dessert and we had the most amazing cheesecake. The hotel room was a great size and even had a sitting room. Everywhere was very clean. The spa was good and we used this for one session and had great fun trying the different showers , saunas and jacuzzis available.
Nice property, very comfortable and modern.
Paying entrance fee to the spa facilities, Eur 30 to use the swimming pool and facilities for 75 minutes. It should be for free for hotel guests.
Area is very green and cozy. Clean rooms.
Plates at the breakfast were dirty. Almost all of them. I think the hotel has some problems with the washing machine.
Gorgeous hotel with lovely pool and gardens. Excellent restaurant, with amazing food. Friendly & professional service. Highly recommend.
We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff are excellent and the facilities are extremely clean. We loved the pool and the gym is very well equipped. You do pay extra to use the spa but it was worth it. On one day it rained in the morning but there is a lovely terrace where we sat undercover. The breakfast was excellent and there was an extensive choice. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights which was very good. There is a gorgeous little beach a short drive away with stunning views from a footpath through the woods, which we loved and had a great bar/restaurant.
The poolThe staffThe locationExcellent breakfast Golf nearby
The breakfast was very good and diverse. The swimming pool is really nice and long (25 m).
Nothing to point out
Everything. Exceptional service from lovely staff, amazing food both for breakfast and dinner, room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Simply the nicest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Highly recommended.
Very quick stay, lovely hotel. Helpful staff.
Restaurant food is expensive but probably at the level of this sort of hotel.
Very comfortable beds and many different pillows Nice perks (card for arrival and gummy bears, bottle of water, coffee machine)Very professional staff
Spa costs extra and is not really mentioned specifically/ obviously anywhere before the booking, also the Spa did not fulfill our expectations The fossets in the rooms were really difficult to adjust for temperature, never seen such inconvenient fossets in my lifeOnly decaf coffee capsules in the rooms (we didn't ask for other capsules though)
Excellent value for the money, the best hotel we stayed on our trip to northern Spain, very good location to explore Asturia, 5* service, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and very nice gym and spa facilities. Recommended
