Hotel Arcea Villaviciosa

It was clean. It was on the Camino. The bed was comfortable.

Very basic. The door was outside the hotel and close to the road. I could hear the cars.

We weren’t informed of food especially breakfast options. We left early thinking there were no options for coffee in the hotel. Otherwise ok

Convenient location to walk into the old town. Helpful staff - with storing our bicycles and giving recommendations for dinner. Good room for the price. Good shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had good windows for ventilation. Staff provided a small portable air conditioner fan unit.

Lovely hotel. They put the 6 of us traveling together all in one area. which was great Staff were very pleasant and helpfullBeatrice booked our bus tickets on the Alsa bus to Santander and organised a taxi.. she was so helpfull and pleasant

Very noisy, Hotel needs a complete refresh.......shower door broken and dirty, bit of a smell in bathroom I haven't a clue how this can be a 3 * , also I think there is a security issue and common balcony outside that public can access and ghe fire doors were left open so anyone could wander in.

The room was pleasant and the staff was friendly!

Unfortunately during our stay there we’re multiple soccer teams there as well. They were loud and obnoxious all day and night.. the restaurant was also closed to us to accommodate them…

The personal was super friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to have breakfast before the scheduled time. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The view from the window wasn't nice, as it looked on an interior patio.

Very good location in the center of Vilaviciosa, close to restaurants. Close to the beach by car.

Hotel is a bit old and climatisation is out of service.

Very small room. Very short in bathroom amenities. Air conditioner is a joke. Better to say that it doesn't exist. Price is very high having in mind what is offered to the guest. Clearly it doesn't deserve, at the moment, a 3 star rating. Maybe a 2 minus stars rating. Breakfast not include in the price and having in mind the description of it available at desk we decided not to buy it. In sum, I really don't have memories of staying in such a bad hotel. The weekend was nice but the hotel almost ruined it. Almost. Never again.

The entrance bathroom had been forgotten and was not cleaned on Aug 21 mid afternoon.Our room 302 always perfectly cleaned.
