Pros +
- Nice staff, cosy room, great wellness area including outdoor warm water pool and multiple sauna facilities.
- Well organized. Nice staffs, Nice Spa, Good services
- It is modern and clean, everything is well arranged.
Cons -
- Lunch options are not clearly communicated despite of the fact that there are various options.
- Gym opens at 8am only. If you like to work out early morning, there is not an option.Food was okay, but not much variety and mostly very Hungarian food (pacal etc.) with little selection of fruits and vegetables. If you are vegetarian, the options are limited.
- No tea making facilities in the room and we are used to that! The walls are a bit thin if you're a light sleeper. The spa can get very crowded on weekends - we had problems finding empty lounge chairs.I would have liked more fresh salad options at the buffet.

The pools and facilities are amazing. Kids corner is great in the restaurant.

Amazing spa facilities with three large thermal pools and lots of saunas. Really helpful and polite staff. Everything ran very efficiently.

Pretty hotel, good pools, lot of food options. We had a ground floor room but it was quiet.
Everything was good. Just keep in mind kts a very kids friendly hotel.
The bar was very nice and the cocktails were superb
Food was both days cold( but tasty) The mattress in the room was waaaay to old,and u can feel a whole in the midle
Very good food, spa, location, view, most of staff are very helpful
- Very crowded on weekends- Not free to change spa towels which is not understandable, because not possible to dry towels in the room or anywhere!
Nice hotel, kind staff, good location
The facilities werent that good what you expect from this kind of hotel
Hotel and thermal suite
We could not get a taxi into visevrad
Nice room, nice view, good food, excellent terraces and pleasent common spaces. Swiming pool, spa was nice and ok. We will come back in the future! Amasing location!
The cleaning in the room was not excellent. They don’t change your towels even if you ask for it. Our towels were all the time vet. Around toilet was not desinfected and was smelling …. glasses were not washed … only packed in foil. We stay 4 days and was never cleaned up our bathroom and room only aranged.
Once I figured out how it all worked ie different thermal pools, eating areas wellness centre etc, it was great! I stayed on the next day for a small charge to use the baths. I sat in a lounge chair, relaxing, using the pools, I had a very chill day. The best part was the body scrub at the spa for a very low price, I did it twice!
checking in .
The Spa and thermal baths are a gem. Very well equipped and maintained. The staff was very accomodating and helpful.Parking is abundant and free. The swimming pool is great.
The room is very basic. No choise of a queen (double) bed.No ammenities in the room, not even coffee/tea and kettle.
Wellness, location
AC not working, strong lights from the hotel to the room during night
The place is good for kids, there are plenty of facilities and activities for them. The food is excellent, the spa is nice and the view is beautiful.
The room was far too hot, the blankets too, it was difficult to have a good sleep (in April) even after we turned off / tried to turn off the heating. The fridge of our mini bar was broken.
Easy parking. Little crowded. People in the Spa reserve the beds with towels and if you come late no chance to find a free spa-bed.Extremely popular, so expect some waiting time during check-in. The food is very good.
No problem at all apart from the crowded wellness area.
The thermal pools were great, a little colder than I would have liked but they were very clean and being out in the -3 weather whilst in a warm pool, was really fun; not to mention they were open until 9pm. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was big; having a private sauna was a novelty (it takes about 45 minutes to get to the recommended temperature). Staff were generally friendly and the standard of English was great, the evening wait staff even humoured my bad Hungarian. The two massage therapists we had, Victoria and a blonde lady I don’t remember the name of, were both incredible. I have had massages and spa experiences all over the world and Victoria was probably my favourite, she was surprisingly strong and managed to pick out knots and tightness and work through them beautifully. I really appreciate how much effort they put in with speaking English too, I can’t imagine how much harder their job is when they’re using a second language.
There was mention of an Al a Carte dinner menu but this was never mentioned on site; both being vegetarian left us very little dinner choices on the buffet but breakfast was much better. I was surprised that we didn’t get access to the welfare area on the day of checkout, you would assume this would be included, especially being in the most expensive room and even more so when I paid for an additional massage for both of us, on the day of checkout. We also never got bath robes like everyone else in the welfare area did, not sure if these were missed in our room preparation or not.
Beautiful spacious room, great view from balcony. Good variety for breakfast and dinner. The spa was excellent and never too crowded.
I stayed in the Premium Grand Suite which is their largest room with private infrasauna and jacuzzi which was the reason I wanted to book there. But the jacuzzi did not work and the sauna took forever to heat up so we could not enjoy them as much as we wanted. The shower door let the water leak every time we showered so for the rest of the day the whole bathroom was flooded. At lunchtime the reastaurant was slow.
Clean, spacious room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast and the dinner were fantastic, many options - including vegetarian and healthy versions. The hotel has an incredible view over the Pilis mountains.
The room wasn't soundproof.
Location, mountain views, thermal bath and spa and an amazingly luxurious suite
Staff wasn’t the friendliest and were complete unreachable via in suite phone
