- A beautiful place with the view on the lake. Food was really tasty. Peace and quiet. Good price. The surrounding forest and lake is wonderful and I wish I could stay longer. Unfortunately I was there only for one night on the road.
- Stunning location by the Nebel See & Wald. My room looked over the lake with a foldable window/balcony! Private beach, good private parking, a sauna, rowing boats & bikes available for forest rides. Outstanding restaurant with seats inside and out on the terrace (where you can smoke). Top class food for a very reasonable price < €26. Breakfast had a huge selection with fresh bread, fruit & vegetables. Very friendly staff with good language skills & local knowledge. The nearest villages don't have any shops but are beautiful, as is the lake and forest.
- The Breakfast was Ok, could use more than one coffee machine though. The location and view on the lake is great, it was very nice to sit outside on the terrace for breakfast and lunch. Had one meal from the restaurant, very good and a large portion.

- I would love to have an option to make tee in my room. The coffee machine is only available when the restaurant is open.
- Nothing. There is currently some refurbishment work happening but it didn't impact my stay. No curtains due to the design of the window/balcony but who wants curtains with that view? I left mine open & was surprised in the middle of the night with a very forceful wind gale! Everything you need to relax is there.

This hotel is on a bike route in the Lake area of N. Germany . Immediately on a beautiful lake . Great inside secure bicycle storage. Reception very friendly . Rooms large and bright with several windows . Only shortfall was of the three windows only one had screening and the mosquitoes were in full force , Bed comfortable, bathroom very clean . Had a lift and this was not noted in the Booking.com site . A wonderful surprise.On site restaurant was quite good with numerous food choices all at reasonable price point .Breakfast was also good .
