Rin Rooms

The location was amazing, just a short walk from the heart of the village and beaches. The room and bed were very comfortable- the bathroom was really clean and spacious! It was easy to enter with the great instructions! Even the parking wasn’t too bad down on the harbor with free hours at night. Great stay!?

Loved it. Great location, value, easy communication.

Don't be bothered by some of the bad reviews. Yes some of the repairs are a bit DIY but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Grocery store right next door was excellent and the kitchen area worked out great.

Not much. Great room and great value. It's a bit off the Camino but you can come up the hill from the back side and pick up the trail quite easily.

Excellent price and accommodations for pilgrims.

The shower stall needed to be replaced. It almost looks salvaged. You can tell it's seen better days.

Garage renovated in 2 bedrooms. Bad smell from drainers, dirty noisy and VERY very bad mattress. Can’t understand one can rent that ..

Mold everywhere. Walls and ceiling used to be white a while ago. The humidity in the room was high and there was no air circulation. Smell in the room was unpleasant. Laminate on the floor isn’t flat any more.

We had the attic room, with a skylight window to view the old town, which was really special. It had a separate room with fridge, kettle and microwave, very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and there is enough space for your luggage. The bathroom has plenty of light and enough space.From here it's a very short walk to a supermarket, bars, and the old town.Good value for the price.

The room was moist, there were stains of moisture on the walls and the ceiling of the sleeping room. The sheets were damped and there was a clear odour of humidity (like the smell of dirty socks). This is unhealthy and the room should not be rented out in that state! Unfortunately, the guests in the room next door were talking in the middle of the night. Was the isolation not sufficient or were they talking too loud, I don’t know. Fact is that it kept us awake.

Beds were comfortable, great location, responsive and helpful staff!

The mold had my sister very congested.

Well there is no stuff. The Facility was very dirty and not even like the pictures. And when you're traveling alone better book another hotel. So it rained and the rain come over the rooms.. maybe they should fix it first

Bright, fresh and clean. Bed very comfortable

The room and bathroom sinks didn't drain properly. No top sheet on bed, so you either had to sweat away under the thick comforter while sleeping or use nothing.

No toilet paper!!! Towels really old and only two. Bedding clean but no blankets only sheets

There us no reception. I oaud a firtune fir a tiny room so ckean and with shared toilettes with others. When i compare with the other place i was , its really not good

Check in part was great, the idea of having the shower and sink in the room is great, the location was perfect, the room had everything that we needed.

We could hear other guests a lot and I was a little smelly in the room but not bad.

Mutriku is a gorgeous little village, similar to the Cinque Terre villages with a lot of boats. They have a wave power station. I swam in the tidal pools and thee sea and loved the environment

There was no view, I was on the ground floor. This is a very pretty village, but I struggled to find places to find food and drinks around 8pm

Good location close to the bus station, comfortable bed, easy check-in, reliable internet, drying rack available. For those on the camino: there is a bus from Deba directly to the accommodation.

The place needs a lot of attention to be worth the price. The sink was leaking a lot, the blinds were broken and certain other things including parts of the shower were broken and clearly not fixed. The shower was moldy. The kitchen was poorly equipped and not very clean. The house is badly soundproofed so that I had to sleep with earplugs to not be disturbed by other guests.

Self service checkin was easy, room was tidy. Extremely good value for money and all we needed for a night on the Camino

Walls a little thin and room a bit warm, but the fan helped cool it down and still great value.

The bed sheets were too small for the mattress, and the room was rather stuffy and humid but the window did not open properly. The blinds were not working either.
