    • nice and big bedroom, spa, swimming pool, massage, etc... A perfect place to relax. Exceptionnal breakfast. Not far from seaside, Deauville, Cabourg. I spent very good time
    • Hammam, piscine, jacouzi, massage personnel aimable, chambre.
    • It’s located in a quiet space better have a car to drive there. Supermarket is three minutes away by car.

    Cons -

    • The bill was wrong when I checked out, glad I had got the help to fix it. Anyway not the best experience to be honest.
    • The Jacussi is up a steep set of steps and needs an acrobat to get into it elegantly. Elderly clients would have real problemsWe are not big breakfast eaters so skipped breakfast but it seemed a little steep in price at 22 euros each. Hot water in bedroom took a very long time to come through and perhaps some warning made have helped to avoid a cool shower or bath.

Indoor pool was delightful with plenty of sunbeds both indoors and out. Rooom was large with very comfortable lounge area and balcony and lovely bathroom with a bath not just a shower. Building is in beautiful selcluded possion but very near the coast. Meal was well cooked and value for money.

The room was spacious and elegant. The view from the large windows in the room were peaceful and beautiful. The restaurant had excellent food.

    Can't think of anything.

The hotel is well situated next to Villers-Sur-Mer. Perfect spot for break or a sea side holiday. The pool and spa area was very nice and we enjoyed the time there. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Service was not existed and rude. When asked for a light dinner, we were told that we should have booked a table in the restaurant. We wanted only a light dinner or a snack. In the bar area, we were not allowed to eat and staff became more and more rude to us. Eventually we order room service. A mistake! The plats were delivered with the microwave lids on the dish. Taste of food no were found..... In the morning at check out, I got the same rude treatment again. Hotel management should think about future personnel.

The hotel was nice but very over priced by yourselves. Booking direct would be preferable in the future as they have far better deals.

The price - over priced accommodation- and for some reason booking.com made me pay up front instead of at the location.

it all felt a bit tired and in need of some tlc. Let me give you some examples: the door on the sauna not closing properly and the handle coming off; blown double glazed windows in the pool area; two of the four buttons on the hot tub didn't work and not all the vents worked properly. Its not a cheap stay, so you expect it to be good quality. Wasn't bad. Just not as good as i had hope for the money. staff were very helpful and pleasant.

b'fast was really good. Though you had to pay extra (!) evening meal was poor quality. Give that a miss. And they really need to sort the wifi. That was like going back 15 years.....

Quaint Spa hotel tucked away in nature: quiet, calm and serene environment.

Heating system took awhile to come up.

The best breakfast ever seen. Champagne, juice, organic food. I was so so happy.

Is easy to arrive there , free parking , nice and clean rooms , nice view , easy to go in the little town centre next to the see and eat nice food .

the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull totally no worries therethere was a nice indoor pool with a jacuzzi and a spa erea also (didnt use that one)the room was very big and spacious ! although the toilet and bathroom were rather small...

it was very hot, and with no airco in the room, very hard to get the temperature down...also only one window you could open during the night... a surprising thing was when you went up to the first floor you had the ...fly window...that was really disgusting...big flies on the window, dead flies on the carpet...probably due to the heat, but for sure something which could be more addressed in the future

    It was quiet

A little dated but quaint if you like that sort of thing. Could really have done with some sort of proper EV charging facility. Expecting that more today especially of 4* hotels.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the location was ideal

This hotel (particularly the bedrooms and hallways) needs a major makeover. It is very tired and in need of refurbishment. Also on our first morning there was no hot water. I also reported a faulty mixer tap in the shower which we were unable to change from bath to shower apart from a dribble but it was not fixed. I suspect it's a long term issue. We paid a fairly robust price for our stay which left us very disappointed. The hotel has plenty of potential but it needs a pretty thorough makeover

Impeccable personnel. Very attentive and helpful!

It was a bit hot in the room. There is no airco, but fans were available.

Super location, huge rooms with a view.We loved the park around the hotel, you can hear the birds. The man on the reception in the evening was adorabal and helpful. The breakfast was super.

The spa was really not clean especially the jacuzzi. When I reported it to the reception girl she told me we will add chlore, it needs to be washed on regular bases my parents have one. The internet was really bad, my husband tried to send a mail for 2h. We also felt like a wallet= check-in 16h (really late) we asked if we could check in at 14 or 15h the hotel asked us additional 40 euros.. We gave up

Beautiful rooms, very clean. Nice bar with plenty of space and an excellent restaurant.

The bathroom didn't have a proper shower, just a bathtub with a shower head.
