Worst stopover ever experienced

Unclean, not as described or pictured, different name than advertised (Petit Deja), mouldy bathroom, half hung curtain, bedside shelf broken so unusable, desk was a shelf, filthy aircon unit, squashed insects on wall, wardrobe was a couple of open hangers, toiletries advertised - tiny bar if soap only, old tatty towels … worse than a hostel I’m afraid!

I have never received so many emails regarding check in, during the experience and afterwards in my life. If you consider this accommodation, please consider whether you want constant emails from the provider which will go to your junk email…The building had a lingering smell throughout, the decor and furnishings were old. The towels were very ragged and needed replacing.

We had an overnight stay. It is a budget friendly hotel. Clean as far as I could tell. Comfy bed and a small continental breakfast.

It had a smell in the foyer of old smoke...it's a non-smoking hotel.

Close to a nice little village

Noise from A/C unit all night ( no not in the room)Big stain on floor as we entered the room later to find it was the water from the A/C and it was turned off but still dripped all night and it drove us mad.Dirty bathroom , mold etcLights in the room are a joke.If this is a cgain of hotels they want to get their act together.

Very good budget hotel, clean and comfortable, far enough away from the road not to hear traffic, room a bit small but what do you expect for the price, enough room in the bathroom. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking free and secure.

Could not get WiFi. Not much lighting in the room. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and needs repairing.

Very good value for money with a friendly welcome. The apartment is just down the road from reception and is a nice self contained little apartment with secure parking. It was very clean.

I book it only because was on the road during my trip

The room was very dirty. I made videos because i was shocked by the conditions of the room. There was dust everywhere, nobody has cleaned under the bed, it was full of dirt. I was traveling with my cat and i had to keep her inside the carrier all night because of the poor hygiene conditions of the floor. I asked for a receipt and i’m still waiting after 2 months.

Normal size room with the bathroom and shower, big, nice towels provided. Comfy bed. Friendly hostess. Big parking just next to the hotel.

The door didn't close properly. Not enough hooks to hang towels.

Convenient for the Beziers Cap d'Agde airport, and free parking. Good communications from Isabelle, we arrived late and were left good instructions about how to gain access, and she gave us a friendly welcome when we met in the morning. Rooms were basic but sufficient, lovely and clean and very good value for money.

Nothing really, it's a budget hotel and better than we expected for 50 pounds a night.

Good parking at the hotel.

The hotel required renovation about 10 years ago. The service team seems to try their best to keep it running but when it is so degraded it is hard to expect that much can be done to make it, for example, cleaner. It is Ok-ish if you use it to spend a night when travelling by car and it is situated well at your route.
