Pros +
- Just the location if you need to go to expo center
- Nothing more and nothing less then expected. quick pitstop close to highway to cut the trip in two. OK, was clean.
- Location is good. Very comfortable bed. My dog was allowed to stay with me in the room. Although the bathroom was like the bathroom on a ferry, very small, it worked very well.
Cons -
- Hotel in very bad shape and poorly manage
- Parking places are very narrow. Luckily I had parked next to some shrubs, so I could climb over to the drivers seat, as the driver of the car next to me had to pask so close, otherwise he/she would not be able to get out of the car....
- We booked a family room a month before arriving at this hotel Premiere Classe Beziers. We were traveling from England, Manchester is more than 15 hours away by car. I have three small children and an elderly person was with us. It was already late evening and we been on the way when I received a message from the hotel that they had problems with the payment machine and they could not accept us. We had an hour left before arrival, and I hoped that this was some kind of glitch in the program and perhaps that they would recover when we arrived. But as it turned out, there was a rugby team arriving and they were simply given our room. The hotels around were also occupied. And it was already past midnight. We barely managed to find a place in another hotel. By the way, where we were told that Premiere Classe Beziers constantly has problems with check-in and many dissatisfied customers come from them. Imagine the stress we went through. After an incredibly long journey by car, at night we almost ended up on the street without a place to sleep!!!! After that, Premiere Classe Beziers sent me an SMS that they would not charge me a fine for not checking in, can you imagine this impudence??! And Booking.com did not decide anything to help us after 5 days, although when I had a similar situation on another platform for booking accommodation, this platform solved the problem and credited us with a bonus for renting new accommodation on the same day.

Ease of accessSimpleSmall but practical size roomHelpful staff
Was a bit too close to a busy access route, but hey, it was easy to get to!!Basic, which we knew, but too many cigarette burns all over!!! Not your fault but is there any way to clean it up or mask the damage?!? It made the room feel shabby!
It was just a easy to get to hotel for our overnight night stop en route from Spain back to England the staff were very pleasant and the room had easy access from the free car park. The room is nothing special but we slept well had a good shower and carried on our journey the next day. Breakfast was offered but we already had food for our trip, we’d stop again if we used this route.
Handy location off the motorway. Quite good value for price, bed was comfy, shower was nice and hot and quite powerful although the shower area is quite small. There is a good breakfast in the hotel across the road
Slightly grumpy receptionist!
It was good and self check in with your ease time to check in. Overall very good experience. Bus stop is just infront of the hotel which is very easy to go to city center.
Friendly staff. Good choice of breakfast items.Good that pets are accepted. Room quite small but good value for money. Would stay again
All good
Bed comfort. Easy to find. After hours check in on totem. Small roob but efficient.
friendly staff
ac didn't work, only window in room didn't open, bunk bed Brocken, first room we where given had the toilet full of shit and paper and wasn't flushing, cockroaches in the room.
location good - close to restaurants etcrooms well presented
breakfast has no hot food therefore for my 3 day stay I didnt take it. the coffee machine for other than breakfast is a disgrace. I made 2 payments of 1. Euro 20 and the machine did not not deliver a drink. when I approached the staff they told me the cups had stuck. then I saw how small the cups were - what an awful rip off. At least provide a decent cup size. disgusting and mean approach to people who want a cup of coffee. a bit of generosity for travellers please.
It was very clean and nice. The bed was big and confortable.
The shower is not separated on the toilet.
Absolutely nothing ?
The smashed broken window held together by silver tape in one room, the broken window lever rendering the window unsafe and open in another room, the unhygienic level of cleanliness, the unhelpful and rude reception staff, and finally the lack of a refund despite refusing to stay there as it was unsafe for our children to stay in rooms that were not safe and secure. Shocking experience! DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE!
It's a simple hotel close to the road very convenient for a stop on a long trip. The check in was very easy with an automatic machine.
Room 39 had a terrible noise from the water pipes that left me awake most of the night
The room was appropriate for a one night stay, as we were travelling. It was confortable and we had a good sleep. The breakfast was tasty and there was a variaty of options to choose from.
Nothing to mention.
Location. Staff was trying to help.
My room figured in the system as checked in. When I arrived I couldn't access the room as according to the system, I was already in. In the end I could get in, but it was 30 min later. The room smelled of tobacco. And is small, the whole structure is cheap and shabby. You can hear everything around. The place is massively overpriced.
Everything clean and nice smelling.
The size is really like a first class in the airplane. Just it is on the ground. I never thought, that bedside tables can be this small :)
The accommodation was clean and comfortable.
We were located on the top floor at the rear of the building and this was a struggle for one member of our party.
small room, bathroom, the bunk bed is not suitable, you cannot rest. The breakfast is inadequate, there is nothing to choose: typical homeless hotel
