ibis Beziers Est Mediterranee A9/A75

Very convenient--good onsite restaurant open late. Friendly staff, professionally run.

Clean, ok breakfast, friendly staff.

Noisy room, light burnt out. Couch very dirty.

The staff was very nice

The room smelled bad and it was dusty. The AC barely worked and it was very hot inside the whole night.

Friendly staff, nice restaurant, OK breakfast, EV car charging

The property clearly needs some renovation, outside, staircases, lifts in particular

Really easy to reach once getting off the highways. Secured parking, simple yet good facilities. There are currently renovations ongoing so we expect it to be better in the future. Really friendly staff. We had a sudden change of plans where we wanted to cancel the second booking and it was done without charge. Excellent service and really recommended for anyone who is on travel by car.

Room was clean but hotel is very very tatty- it is undergoing renovations but was expensive for the room- clean but very basic- ok for 1 night as just a stop over.Don’t expect too much

Should be closed while building works going on

Was like a building site not mentioned in booking

Location was just off the motorway so great if you are travelling as we were. Room was comfortable and the staff were great

Very convenient when travelling towards Spain. The hotel has EV charging points although the one type 2 charger wasn’t working while we were there but there was another one close by.

swimming pool open, restayrant open, food good, bar open. Not too difficult to get into Bezier centre.

Duvet too heavy,very warm

Louise on reception was extremely helpful and quickly sorted out a problem we had. The hotel is ideally situation for our trips to Spain. The EV charging points are extremely useful.

Nothing it’s ideal for our needs.

Prefect location for driving on into Spain. It’s situated just before the toll. It has a number of EV charging points on site. The room we booked had good facilities for the disabled.

The restaurant menu was limited.

The staff was really friendly, including tolerant towards children. The food in the restaurant was really tasty. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Close to the highway, for travelers who look for an interim stop prior to continuing a journey the next day.

The entire hotel is a bit worn off, signs were distributed that the property will soon undergo renovation. The window in one of our rooms was not closing during night and a lot of noise was coming from the street. The AC system was also very noisy.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff. We didn’t have to get too far off the highway on our drive to get to the hotel which was perfect.

The breakfast could have been better.

Easy access off main road. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

Room very small.

Near exibition center. Rooms small but ok.

Staff unfriendly. Cleaner rude!!Carper worn ..

The location

No value for money room need to be refreshed, old doors, rust in bathroom... worst room I've ever got for that amount of money

Clean, efficient, comfortable. Friendly service, great price.

The room was pleasant and the hotel reception staff were good.

We had not been informed that the restaurant did not open on a Sunday, which we needed as we had travelled from Spain and did not need to go out to get food. On arrival we were told there was a limited menu, snack type food, but when we came back down from our room, we were told by another member of staff that the food was ‘frozen’ and there was no one to cook. Our only option was to go out to get food. Very disappointing and annoying.

Comfy bed and good dinner in the restaurant

No View from bedroom window unless you count the roof opposite
