We stayed here while our son had a soccer tournament nearby and it was a perfect choice. The hotel was very clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. We really appreciated the on-site restaurant and free parking. The room layout was ideal for a family — the mezzanine level for parents with our own bathroom, double sink, and bathtub made it feel spacious and private. The beds were very comfortable too. A great option for families visiting the area!

Breakfast ok for price quality.

There is no possibility to buy drinks or anything else if the restaurant is closed. We stayed 2 night but the 2nd night we did not had any watering in the fridge. For a 4 star hotel I would like to see that there are some drinks and a small snack in the fridge.

Has good potential, great parking, and easy to access.

Air conditioning did not work, I was too hot to sleep, had a tough time each night. The work out facility needs to be improved. Free weights, dumbbells up to 50 pounds would be ideal. Good cardio machines but the weight machine wasn’t good.

A comfortable hotel which is pet friendly.The hotel is located in a commercial area but only 30 minutes to Madrid central.

1. My second booking was cancelled on the same day after I received the confirmation and paid the charges! Yes booking informed me they would pay me back a full refund, but the hotel’s decision to cancel my booking made me spend time searching another hotel, packing my stuff and going to the next place. A lot of inconvenience!! Not very professional of them to do especially when the confirmed the booking in the first place.2. Noises. The sound-proofing is very bad. Especially when the doors are closed and when the bathrooms are used. Very disturbing sounds early in the morning with too many doors being closed, a lot of furniture moving, vacuuming etc. all these noises were heard loud in the room.

It's a great place, well located. The room was perfect and very comfy. Restaurant options (dinner and breakfast) are also excellent in variety and taste.

Reception staff was nice and attended our complaints about the room in a very reasonable time. We were in a family room, and the king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed for the kid was awful and uncomfortable.The hotel is located in an industrial area so the parking slots for the car was not an issue and there are fast food options by the end of the road.

Breakfast in definitely not worth it, paying aprox 14€ was a mistake we did the first day. Variety of food is poor, scrambled and boiled eggs, few charcuterie low quality options options, bread was good, cereal but no toping options, jam and jellies not found, some sweets and croissant and coffee. Definitely not a 4 stars breakfast.There was an alternative for 4,50€ for a toast and coffee, the second day we asked for this option but the waiter was too busy and did not attend us, so we left.The family room has a 2 level set up, and we had a problem with the heater, it was insanely hot upstairs to be able to sleep. They changed our room 2 days after. The toilet was a bit dirty with some "stains" on the WC.

I loved the quietness of the hotel. The staff was always accommodating even when we had to leave early for a family emergency. The room was exactly as it looked on their website. The restaurant is fantastic. I loved the breakfast buffet, especially.

The location was much farther than I realized from the airport. I know now, but I should have called and checked.

We had a fantastic experience at this apartment! The central location made exploring the area easy, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. We had our car, and the parking garage was only a block away. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating our party of six. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the manager was excellent. They were responsive and helpful.

A garbage trashcan was staged in the small apartment lobby or right outside the front door, making access to the building a bit uncomfortable.

Nice hotel in a nice town, very comfortable, with an excellent restaurant (breakfast were excellent). The location is fine, close to downtown Villaviciosa, with a supermarket, petrol station and some fast food restaurant close by (walking distance). Staffs were very kind and helpful.

Room assigned was a duplex type, and shower area was a little bit small, but we could manage.

Hotel staff was great. They worked with me on multiple occasions for a variety of reasons to help with my experience in Spain. They gave me excellent suggestions on food and entertainment in the area, helped me when I had issues with technology, and went out of the way to make me feel at home while I was in the hotel for an extended period of time. I can not say enough good things about the staff.

Location of the hotel is a little out of the way if you don't have a rental car or reliable transportation. Not a lot to do in the area.

It is in middle of nowhere you need a car to do anything - they have a pool but it’s closed !! They have a very limited menu that is overpriced

Family room was fantastic. Plenty of space and very well kept facilities.

The regular price over 100€ is too expensive for a facility where the gym and swimming pool is not ready for use.
