Hotel Boliña

Secure, central, very nice room, quiet. No bother to me, but all rooms are up two flights of stairs, could impact some guests.

No attendant early morning so you can’t get back in from breakfast. Once you go you’re out, just awkward for Camino travelers.

Central location with good bar and pintxos. Good value

There was mold around the windows. We didn’t feel safe for our health with the black mold so we paid for another hotel room. It was dirty and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I will be contacting Booking about a refund

It smelled of chemicals and construction. The shower door was broken and my view was terrible.

The location was great!

There was no deducted hotel person. I was having to get information from the bartender in the bar and he was extremely busy. With a little work the rooms could be so much nicer.

Bar on the street below was a bit noisy but didn't seem to carry on too long. Rooms are definitely a bit tired but clean and that's what counts

Hot water kettle in room and tea but no cups. One bedstand light was missing. They gave us the wrong room key so we were locked out after returning from dinner.

Located in town and a good value for a cheap price. The front desk woman was very friendly and the coffee shop opens early.

The check out is supposed to be until 12:00 noon but staff came knocking on the door at 9:30 am and told me I must leave. I told her check is 12:00 and she said I need to leave at 9:30. Also the electric plugs near the bed didn’t work. There was sounds of dripping down the wall between the bathroom and the bed area. (Our phones have a white noise app so we could drown it out.)

Location was great. Staff were friendly. The room was basic/a bit tired but the bed linen was 100% - beautifully clean - and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in on this trip to Spain. There's a bar beneath with tasty bar snacks.

There was a kettle in the room with tea sachets etc but no mugs only plastic drinking glasses. Not a big deal as I could have gone back downstairs to ask for a cup!

Small room and very basic but you can't expect more for such a price and it's clean and very well located in the center of the city

Great location for visiting Guernica. Access to free car parking. Room was small but adequate with kettle. Bathroom had a good shower. Friendly staff. One of our pillows had a dirty pillowcase. There is no elevator.

Check in went well. Had breakfast. Good location.

Nothing really, it is an old hotel, so it does creak a bit.

Centrally located. Close to restaurants and museums.

I arrived on a Sunday evening. I was expecting staff to help with check in. I realized later that check in is done over the phone on Sundays. The locks on both the front door and my room were difficult to open. The beds were comfortable and the shower didn’t spray outside its compartment.
