Very helpful staff and always willing to assist

Minor issue with the showercs drain which was fixxed quickly and a constant smell in the room maybe from the shower

Free parking, Breakfast good, Dinner also good. Air condition ok, nice pool.

No shower gel, no shampoo, we ask for but they told us : no. The price was a bit higher, for not having shower gel.

Wonderful hotel, Courteous Staff, good pool! Amazing breakfast! Nearby sea beaches and Supermarket.

Bathroom heater was not working, Wifi signals were very weak inside the room.

Basic rooms but value for money, good breakfast, excellent facilities for the price.

From nice staff to lovely outside pool and super varied and hearty breakfast we spent a very laid back afternoon at the pool, sipping a drink at the outside bar and listening to the music until dark.Free parking for customers. Our overall experience was really good.

The room was quite small to our taste and the beds could have been a tad more comfy.

For a 1 or 2 night stay if your touring crete its OK. Ideally it has supermarket opposite. The prices at the hotel were very good and everyone there helpful. For the price per night paid with a breakfast we were not expecting luxury.

The room needed maintenance. It was a room with a window to a busy corridor, it was located below ground level. There was no elevator. There were destroyed curtains and no shutters on the balcony door, so there was too much light and one had to try hard to avoid been seen from the garden and the swimming pool.

Realy very good breakfest, easy car parking, have grocery store in 1 min walk

Good breakfast, Amazing location close to the sea. Convenient pool facility, wifi, proximity to publish transport. Very high price to value. Owners are extremely friendly and will love sharing their culture with you.

Friendly staff. I did a last minute booking, but my request was operated immediately. Also there is a big free parking and the hotel is easy to find.

shower place was very narrow and small. the hotel didnt provide any water bottles as it is in other hotel rooms. no soap or other facilities available. you are on your own all the time. towel are rough and wear and old.

Ideal for holiday with familly and friends. Clean pool with kids section. Excellent dinner. 1 min walk to Supermarket (with great selection of Cretan beers and wines :) ). 5 min walk to beach

Very nice hotel in walking distance from beach and Kolymbari center. The rooms are cozy with large balcony, good aircon and good view of the sea. Parking was also available, free of charge, which was really convenient. In addition, there is a shop just across the street. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, I was very satisfied. I don't have anything bad to say.

Excellent homemade food, mostly local cuisine. Very nice owners who love kids. Relatively small hotel, not crowded. Sizeable family room in a quiet area but close to sea and main national road (for excursions). Beautiful landscape, dinner on the terrace with a sea view. Nice pool with warm water and garden.

Maybe playground could bear some update but children do not spend too much time anyway because of the wheather.

Excellent dinner and breakfast, place to park a car.

Shower place and toilet were small and not very comfy.

Perfect location to travel around Creta. Small, family hotel with nice people.
