Mrs Chryssana Beach Hotel by GHH

I liked the property a lot. It has a perfect calming and relaxing atmosphere with a beach (consists of stones) close by and a pool area at the accommodation. It’s along the coast of a smaller village. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. With a rental car you could explore also outside areas more easily!

Everything was perfect we stayed for 2 nights only has we like to travel around but this was a perfect location for us..The draught beer is awful tough so we bought from the local shop ?? ..Theres also a wonderful taverner on the main road to eat ''the food is excellent '' or you could stay and have rhe buffet at the hotel...The breakfast is great and has everything you need...If you go to the main rd and like to have a wonder you can see Peacocks ...?

Noise in the room nextdoor if you get a adjoining room with a door in the middle ..We did on our 2nd night ...?

The staff were awesome! From our greeting on arrival from Katerina and Emmanuel, the help with luggage to room and the rest of the friendly staff during our whole stay. Another Katerina took exceptional care of our room, Maria the excellent breakfast cook, Dimitria, our excellent and friendly breakfast server and poolside mixologist and Manos who took care of us poolside and at dinner! All staff excellent! Very nice lobby, dining area and pool area.

It is a remote location but a lovely property.

Amazing service by reception, super clean and comfy. Would recommend to anyone!

Kind reception staff, very friendly. The facilities are excellent for a vacation, pool terrific, the view towards the sea, the entire place is well designed and managed.

The neighbor next room, who spoke loudly during the evenings and made a lot of noise.

Lovely big pool although it doesn't open until 10.30am.Very peaceful during our stay in October even though it was busy. Good breakfast, plenty of choices at the buffet.

Juice at breakfast was more like squash.Kettle in the room would be useful.

Not too keen on the area.

We recently stayed at Chryssana Hotel in Crete, and it was wonderful! The hotel is beautifully designed and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is great, close to lovely beaches and local attractions. I highly recommend Chryssana Hotel for a fantastic vacation!

The shower is rusted and old, the air conditioner is outdated, the room smells of sewers...To much differences between the wonderful outside and the outdated room services

It was an ok stay. The breakfast on the last day included soggy bread. If you stay on the ground floor there is no privacy as all the balconies face the communal garden. All the bathroom windows faced the corridor that led to the rooms (so that could be a bit awkward). One evening the power kept flickering in our room and we figured out it was due to someone in a nearby room using the hairdryer. Finally there are not enough parking spots in the parking lot, so if it is full you have to park in the surrounding fields. Overall a very average stay, it is an old hotel that a few cosmetic changes have been made to it.

First of all the stuff was amazing and very friendly.Rooms are okay and the breakfast was good.The breakfast was okay for us.Thanks for all and kindness.All in all for us was good because we want to sleep and go to visit the gorgeous beaches.

I didn't like the air conditioner (it was pretty old and made a strange smell into the room), maybe they could change in the future. The front door could be more phonic isolated because was a party and we hear the sounds .

The location is fantastic, the personnel helpful, the rooms very clean. Wonderful!

Hotel staff is helpful and nice.

For those who care to read this: stay away, and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Suboptimal environment, which makes obviously part of your holidays.. Trash, dilapidated and poorly kept.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly and kind staff. Great view from the room and great relaxing swimming pool area. Very good buffet breakfast.
