Hotel Emiliana

We have stayed in the hotel just one day, but the host of the hotel really managed to impress with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are quite large and clean. The hotel is located in the center of a small Italian city near the Alps. There is a large parking lot in the hotel, which is very helpful especially when you need to park your car in a city center. The breakfast was very good and we were really touched when the owner proposed to serve the breakfast an hour earlier than usual to allows us to catch our flight early in the morning.

There are not too many restaurants open in the evening in the area.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, cool, had room danke ing window coverings, huge bathroom, walk-in shower was huge, and magnificent. The breakfast was amazing. Hot food, eggs, bacon, all kinds of bread and cookies, cakes, pastries. It was amazing! The staff was friendly, responsive, and wonderful. Room was super clean!

There wasn't anything I did not like.

The Breakfast was exceptionally good, a great array of all types of unlimited food and drinks.

Villadossola is not the nicest location, more industrial than other areas.

The location was good. All the food was excellent but one of the boiled eggs was not good.

The staff were lovely and very comprehensive. We needed to do a late check-in, and they had arranged everything fos us make it as easy as possible. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh and many options.

It was spotlessly clean and the family room was spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was good - a range of things including cereal, toast, cakes, croissants, butter, jam, eggs, bacon. There was free parking.

Very accommodating owners when we turned up last minute in torrential storm and with big wet dog! Safe car parking at rear.

More drink options needed in room maybe - and milk for tea.

Staff was great, and rooms were better than expected, especially for the price. Breakfast was on of the best.

Everything as expected. Hotel was nice and clean. The parking was free, nearby and easy. Complimentary bottled water. Good, typical italian breakfast.

The bed was not very comfortable. Also, the first room I was given smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a different room and I was given one.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and wonderfully designed room, comfortable beds. Family room had 4 beds - sleeping in a proper bed and not on a pullout sofa was a treat for my kids! Free and fenced parking, EV charger

Good value, very clean with helpful staff who were able to offer secure bike parking overnight.
