Folegandros Apartments

We loved this place. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, just two blocks from town. Most of all, our hosts were so kind and helpful. We felt like family. Perfect location, Folegrandos is a gem.

This was such a lovely place to stay. The actual accommodation was beautiful and functional. I had a very spacious villa with any ammenities you could possibly want, plus a spectacular morning sunrise over the Aegean. There were several screened and shuttered windows that gave the villa a very open feel, and I felt very comfortable leaving them open at night. There is a pool, also with a sea view and a couple of very friendly cats to keep you company. The host is extremely accommodating with information about taking the bus and getting into town (4 minutes walk if you take your time). They also picked me up from the port when I arrived and took me back when it was time to leave. The breakfast was delicious and healthy including coffee, eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt, honey and toast with various spreads. I have only good things to say about Pegados, and I will certainly return.

Everything was perfect!

Large room. Two beds, sofa and chairs. Updated bathroom. Hot water for shower. Great view and across street from chora. Excellent location.

Mrs Christina and Eleni were lovely, hospitable, and really helpful every time we needed something! The room was spacious, clean, decorated in a traditional style, and covered all of our needs.

Typical little Greek apartment, which can only add charm to your trip. I had room 7, and had a direct view of the church. You cant ask for more. The hosts are the nicest women on earth. Love them with much love!!!

I believe the location was the best on the island: walkable to the village and located on spacious, beautifully-kept grounds. We rented a car while on Folegandros and there was a parking lot on the property. The sunset views were spectacular and all units had had access to their own deck and access to a larger deck for sunset viewing. A breakfast was included in the stay and everything was delicious and delivered quickly. Our room was completely charming and fit our family perfectly: two twin beds on one level gave the two children their own space - separate from Mom who was on the upper level in a queen bed. The host was spectacular, she gave great suggestions for things to do and was extremely attentive and helped us out with things such as renting a car (not easy when you need a car with automatic transmission).

Nothing - everything was prefect.

Great location. Amazing staff. Very welcoming and attentive. Provided transportation to/from port. Provided excellent recommendations! Property grounds were meticulously maintained.

Bed was not most comfortable.

Luxurious hospitality. Nice communal garden with a nice breakfast every morning, a couple of minutes walk to Chora and bus station to go to the beach, free transportation to/from the ferry port, really nice ladies working here... We really enjoyed our stay even though it was very short. Would come back. Great value for money. Folegandros is also beautiful and it's worth staying here.

The hosts, staff, premises, location and the cozy ambience were great. My husband and I fell in love with Folegandros, and our stay at the Pegados definitely contributed to our positive experience. We could tell there was love and pride poured into this place. While the hotel is right outside of the old town, it is a perfect short walking distance to be at peace.

The home welcoming staff was amazing and so heart-warming ! The room was spacious, fresh and comfortable with its own charming balcony. The hotel is 5 min walking from the charming village centre. The breakfast is the cherry on the top for this excellent holiday we had at Folegandros. Can't wait top come again !

This place is like a small piece of paradise. We were collected at the port and once we arrived we were greeted by the most lovely family. Allini showed us to our room which was a converted windmill. It was perfect and decorated in a traditional style with lots of pictures and vintage furniture. We had 3 terraces which overlooked the sea and the beautiful chora. Breakfast was served on the terrace in the lush colourful garden. The thing that stood out for us the most were the family who ran the place and their staff. All of them were always happy, helpful and had time for everyone. Unfortunately due to it being the end of season we were only able to stay three days. So wish we could have stayed longer in this beautiful bit of paradise. Thank you thank you.

That we had to leave.

The property’s owners welcome you like long lost friends and everyone who works there can not do enough for you. It began with a pick up from the port which I hadn’t expected. The room was shabby chic and exceptionally clean, housekeeping every day including clean new crisp white sheets - what a luxury! The view from the bed was amazing and I had not one, not two but three seating areas. Breakfast was lovely - I did think it would be served on my own terrace but I was happy to have it on the communal terrace. Toast, boiled eggs, honey and jams and orange juice.The property was well connected just a few mins walk into Chora and a public bus stop outside which took you to the lovely Agali bay for €6 return.It was the owners last week before closing, and Christina’s birthday (and mine!) but they were still full of the joys. I loved them

Again the property did have a lot of steps up to the rooms, not sure if this is made clear in the details. It does mean the views over the sea are worth it though. The room did have a kettle and a coffee machine but there were no drink sachets or teabags in the room - I did bring my own (I am British after all!) but these would have been a nice touch, although I’m sure if I’d asked they would have provided. And mugs as well please - cups are just too small!

We had an amazing time at Pegados Apartments! The family managing the hotel is super nice and arranging, offered pick-up and drop off from the ferry and many advice. The room was confortable and pretty, location is absolutely perfect, 5-min walk to the gorgeous Chora, and right by a bus stop. We'll definitely come again!

Wifi isn't great, but enjoy the digital detox !

I was picked up at the ferry port and transported to the apartment and met by the friendliest mom and daughter. I was traveling solo and they made me feel very welcome!! The apartment was very traditional and spacious with a beautiful view of the church. Excellent breakfast included!! I would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing that I did not like.

Great location and hosts, the view from the windmill appartament is spectacular.

The bathroom, particulary the shower, are very small and very inconfortable to use.

If you would like to experience Mamma Mia at its fullest, this is the place to come! Christine and Elena were the nicest hosts, as well as the remaining staff. The place is beautiful and antique, it’s the full Greek vibe! The breakfast is also very good. 10000/10

Upon arriving at the port, we were warmly greeted by the complimentary hotel shuttle and driven to the property. At the hotel, we were welcomed with great hospitality by the manager.We stayed in Room No. 7, which had a stunning view of the sea from our private terrace. The hotel is built in the traditional Cycladic style and consists of several houses, which allowed for a sense of privacy that we truly appreciated. Everything was impeccably clean, with daily room service.Breakfast was lovingly prepared and served, including eggs, jam, yogurt with fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice.The entire team was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and focused on guest satisfaction. We felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay.We will come back again!

Amazing location, super cute snd very spacious split level room with stone floors. The staff made us feel really special and very well looked after, providing extras like a free shuttle bus from the ferry and free bottled water.

Breakfast was a bit limited

Lovely complex in a beautiful and convenient location with beautiful view. The staff was polite and always present to provide customise services.

A small scale renovation should take place in some old parts (metallic parts, refrigeration, etc) in order to be perfect.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Folegandros! :) The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the centre of Chora, with beautiful views on both the Aegean Sea and the hills with the iconic Church of Panagia! The staff is amazing, Christina and Elena are one of the most amazing hosts we have ever met, their hospitality is just perfect, they will do everything they can and even more to make your stay perfect and give you best tips about beaches and restaurants to visit! We really felt like home at this place!Our room was a traditional cycladic apartment, that was cute clean and well-equipped. However if you still miss something you can just ask the hosts at any time and they will make sure to give you whatever you need.We couldn’t have chosen any better place for our stay in Folegandros and for sure will stay here again when we revisit this beautiful island!
