Iris Beach Hotel

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, a few kilometres from Monemvasia, with a good beach within a two- minute walk. The breakfast is excellent. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

The pictures of the hotel made it look better and newer that it really is. Although it is in a very quiet area, the building is not soundproof, and noise could be heard from the reception area as well as from the room next door.

The friendly staff, the clean and comfortable room, and the wonderful recommendation to Takis Taverna for dinner!

Near to the sea. Nice staff.

The bathroom sink was almost blocked. No work light near the bed.

Staff were great and there was good parking available. Breakfast was good. There was a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, waffle, bread, and drinks. It was close to the beach.

There were some bugs that got in and we got some mosquito bites while sleeping.

Not having enough filtered drinking water was a disappointment. As tap water not reccommended to drink, room bottled water should have been provided.

Very friendly staff and a simple, clean room by the sea

Location close to lovely beach. They provided a beach bag for us with towels and mats. Quiet AC. Enclosed shower. Amazing breakfast . Outdoor patio for breakfast with view of the rock and one off our room. Outdoor shower to rinse sand off before going back to our room. Several lounging areas were available. The restaurant nearby was excellent.

We thought we were closer to Monemvasia but that was our mistake which actually turned out better because of the beach.

AC worked well.There was parking.I liked the toiletries provided (honey soap and shampoo)

Expensive for what it was. Over 100 euros but no drinking water and no breakfast provided.Deceptive from the photos, the hotel is separated from the beach by an empty field with ongoing construction. We didn't feel like we were in a "beach hotel". The view we had wasn't great.

Nice location walking distance to a good organized beach. Clean hotel and breakfast had many options. There was a fridge in the room, and the AC in the room worked well.

The hotel advertises itself to have many extras that it no longer provides- like laundry and ironing service is no longer available, or beach bags with beach towels. The breakfast area was too hot to sit outside due to insufficient awnings and no fans. No food beyond breakfast was available, even for purchase.

The furniture was really old and worn out, the door was cracking and the windows as well. The room was not spacious. We wouldn't mind if the photos didn't show something different. Totally deceiving. On a short note it was high priced for what it offered. I wouldn't choose it again.

A great location if you have a car. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff friendly and helpful.

I'm very sorry to say the photos are not real , the hotel needs a huge renovation from the inside especially the bathrooms and furniture all scratched chipboard wood

High quality breakfast, not a lot of variety but there were homemade jams, organic eggs and fresh fruits and freshly made waffles. Very nice stuff, spacey room with cozy beds.

The price was a little bit high considering distance from Monemvasia and we could use a little some bath products besides the shampoo.

Everything was perfect, the room, the view, the breakfast, the staff. We recommend. We would come back.

Some hand towel, some water in the fridge, body lotion, vanity kit e.g. cotton …

The location of the hotel is very good near Monemvasia the terrace and the view is spectacular and everybody in the hotel is polite
