This budget friendly hotel truly exceeded our expectations, offering the ideal balance of convenience, cleanliness, and comfort.Location, Location, Location: The convenience was unbeatable. We traveled to visit Monemvasia and were pleased not to be in the castle area as the hotel provided parking and we took the bus the castle. The hotel is situated literally right in front of a European Blue Flag beach, making beach access effortless every day. It was an absolute pleasure not having to worry about driving anywhere for our sunbathing and swimming, and the hotel provided drying racks on our patio.Service and Facilities: The entire property was impeccably clean and modern. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. A huge bonus, especially in this area, was the included parking, which made our arrival and departure entirely stress-free.The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful start to every day. It was fresh, high-quality, and absolutely delicious—a true highlight of our stay.If you are looking for a super convenient, spotlessly clean hotel with a great breakfast and the beach at your doorstep, this is the place to book. The hotel is easy to find, right next to the beach. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. We liked big balcony in the shade. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also good.

The room was a bit small.

Grout needs a bit of attention

A great location to explore Monemvasia. We booked two nights so we could explore the entire area. A very basic but clean room. Family owned and had a good breakfast.

Our room included a small verandah looking down onto the sea, we had off-street parking (on street would have been difficult since there were many tourists). The breakfast featured a range of options and could be taken either indoors or on a covered terrace.

The shower was a respectable size but this came at the expense of comfort on the adjoining toilet - too close to the glass shower wall. There were also no surfaces to place things on.

The bathroom has wear and damages.All windows should have mesh for preventing mosquitoes from getting in.

We had a great time there. The room is clean and comfortable. We were so excited to see the rock right at our balcony. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Needs a total renovation, run down, broken electrics, extended family ate more than guests at buffet breakfast.

Delightful. Location was perfect. Cleanliness was perfect. Staff/Service was perfect. Room was comfortable, spacious, simple with all that we needed-shower, teapot and refrigerator. Breakfast was great-eggs, cereals, cheese, meats, breads, sweets, fresh OJ. Beautiful view out our balcony of Momenvasia, right on the sea. It was so lovely we added an extra day. A highlight.

Location, location, location! God help if you decide to stay inside Monemvasia - we saw several hapless tourists lugging their stuff up vertiginous staircases for hundreds of feet. Best to stay in Gefyra and take a bus. The proprietress is absolutely lovely, if a bit hapless, and the breakfast buffet is very nice.

The heat and especially the hot water were very spotty.

Our room on the first floor was lovely with a large sunny balcony. We had a nice view of Monemvasia. Good parking and nice breakfast.
