Aktaion Hotel

It was very quaint -Staff was very professional & answered all our questions. Close to the castle w/easy access to the castle by bus & easy walk back! Breakfast nice! The restaurant behind the hotel was also very very good! You need to meet hotel employee!

Lack of an elevator but still doable

Very close to restaurants and castle. Breakfast was available. Parking was next to the hotel.

Great Balcony. Very clean, good size. Hot water in the shower is tricky, you must turn it on full blast.

Clean, little hotel with a perfect location.Rooms have a good a/c, tv and minifridge(really does a good job).Ask for a room with a balcony faceing the sea, the marina and the mountain-stunning view especially at down.Perfect accomodation for 2-3 nights while visiting the fortress.

In our car trip over Peloponnesos, Monemvasia was the most impressive place! The hotel is just in front of the old town, the view from our room was fantastic! Beds would need a cover mattress but for one night it was all good!

Great ocean view from the room and the hotel is very close to the old fortification.

The mattress and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, the entire place smelled like cigarette smoke and the fan in the bathroom was rattling very loudly.

Location was awesome, Room was spacious for 4 people, bathroom clean, hot water

Didn't know there was smoking and drinking area in the restaurant below which caused a lot of smell of smoking entering the hotel and up to the room....once in the room it was fine.

Amazing view, would love to wake up with that view every morning! Very friendly staff, spacious room and location is perfect. Big, safe parking space for free right next to it.

The bed was not super

The view was amazing. Literally 30m from the see. Big parking. TV with matches downstairs. Possibility to buy breakfast for 7e. Everything is close to this place. Balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the view.

No electric kettle, glasses, forks, knives, spoons. Just a room to sleep. The bathroom has a hook far away from the shower. Big sliding window so in November it was not warm. Thin linen/duvet so it was even colder.
