The restaurant was better than expected! We liked our view too. We had an early morning flight and getting to the airport from here was quick and easy.

We left our widows open for a while in the evening and inadvertantly let in a bunch of mosquitoes. Not the fault of the hotel but we ended up with a lot of buzzing and bites.

Very close and convenient to the airport. Very spacious room which was perfect for my family after a long travel day.

The location and the hotel are absolutely fabulous, the interior decor is amazing and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, it is also close to the airport, next time I fly to Bilbao, I will certainly book this hotel again

Beautiful tranquil setting with a historical building. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Breakfast was very good. We left something behind and Erika went above and beyond in helping us get it sent to our next destination. Cannot thank her enough for her great service. Also the hotel is very convenient to both the airport and Bilbao. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Palacio Urgoiti! The hotel is located in a peaceful, green area just a short drive from Bilbao, surrounded by nature and beautiful views. The building itself is stunning – a restored palace with lots of character and elegance.

The outside property is a wonderful and beautiful setting.

The entire hotel is shabby and worn out inside. In general the staff are cold and indifferent. This hotel felt extremely short of my expectations and is not a four star resort but rather a two-star hotel. There is nothing high-end about any part or service of this place so don't let the advertisements fool you.

A beautiful building with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an issue with the TV in the room, and the receptionist responded immediately to resolve our problem.

We loved everything, the spacious room, the attention to details, the beauty of the place in and outside, the very friendly and accommodating staff, the great views above Euskadi, the amazing price/quality

My co-called superior room with terrace was next to a room with a terrace perpendicular to mine. We had no privacy. The restaurant was mediocre at best. The bar had no cocktail with a subpar wine list.

Beautiful place, calm and quiet. Friendly staff, good food at the bistro/restaurant. Stayed at the first floor it was very cozy and silent.

very disappointed that we were charged 60 euros for a small chihuahua when there is no where for them to walk other than the carpark as they are not allowed on the golf course and no other facilities for pets. They accept pets but are not pet friendly

The pool was awesome and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff were nice! It was easy to get there from the airport.

The hotel smells a little weird.

The patios were a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed the Bistro indoor and outdoor for wine and dinner. The grounds were lovely and it was a very easy trip to the airport for our flight.
