Myrto Hotel

It was close to the beach and all the restaurants. The owner went above and beyond to accomodate us and our kids.

Walking distance to the beach , restaurants, shops. Parking easily accessible .

Very basic but clean and comfortable. Felt safe and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Up on a hill and we didn’t have a car. Air conditioner in room very standard for Greece and cooled the room slightly. It was cool outside so we slept with the windows open. Don’t know how it would be in the middle of July.

Everything! Adorable room and perfect for one person with a nice balcony and a view. The owner welcomed me with such hospitality. She even let me go into the room earlier as it was ready when I arrived. She also coordinated to have someone bring me one of my prized possessions that I left behind in the room after checking out. Instead of throwing it out, she graciously asked a couple who was departing for Milos to bring it with them, so I wouldn't have to travel back to Sifnos to get it. I felt like she was extended family and treated me with such kindness. I would come stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is in a very functional location on the island, as it is within walking distance to the ferry port - the only point of entry to the island. You can easily walk to some excellent restaurants and a beautiful beach. If you rent a car, you can conveniently park right in front of the hotel.The rooms are very clean, and the view from our room was delightful. Additionally, the breakfast was homemade, featuring lovely local products from the island. You have the option to enjoy breakfast in your room or in the hotel’s beautiful garden.But the best part of the hotel was the owner, Margarita. She not only provided excellent tips and insights about the island but also made us feel as though we were staying at a close friend’s home. My son loved her so much that he said we could visit the island again just to see her. We sincerely thank Margarita for making our Sifnos adventure unforgettable with her warmth.

The hotel was centrally located near the Port. I was able to walk to the hotel! It is quaint with a balcony. Margarita was so kind and helpful showing us where to go and how to get there by bus. You can tell she takes great pride in her island!

The hosts were very welcoming and let us store our bags and use the restroom for free once we checked out. The room was cute and comfortable with a nice balcony and a view of the sea.

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff more than helpful. There is hiking right outside the door and a bus stop close by for exploring further inland. It is only a short walk into town and the many restaurants. Margarita is a jewel, and so very helpful!!

Breakfast was amazing and lots of choices. Our hostess was extremely cheerful and helpful with bus info and also recommendations of places to see. She spent a lot of time with us!

Very noisy soccer field nearby that went on past 10:00 at night, not the fault of the hotel but too bad the town doesn’t have time limits on soccer

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The owner was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. She even surprised us with a delicious homemade cake!. She also provided detailed information about the island's various villages on Sifnos. Our room was fantastic! Overall, our stay was exceptional - thank you Margarita!

Everything about staying here was wonderful. The owner is a very special person so accommodating, helpful and kind. She even gave us homemade cake for our onward journey. She explained all about the island bus system which is very comprehensive and efficient and told us about the different villages on Sifnos. Our room was terrific. Most comfortable bed we have had in Greece. Super clean.The whole experience of staying here was outstanding.

Small family run hotel,maybe 50m from the buzz of the small port, amazing bedroom balcony views over the bay & mountain opposite. Staff could not have been more friendly & helpful.

The staff were amazing, super helpful in terms of recommending places to go to and getting around the island. Felt like a family type environment which is always nice when away from home. Shoutout to margarita for being sooo welcoming!
