Venikouas Hotel

Super nice hotel, cute rooms, astonishing location, just few minutes walk from beach. There are plenty of restaurants in Platis Gyalos and small shops. The host was super awesome and welcoming. I'd be back for sure

The host was just amazing. She was so welcoming and also informed us about some great activities and a beautiful Festival that took place on the island. The acommodation itself was also perfect. Amazing view over the port, beach and landscape and only a 5 min walk to the beach as well as the best restaurant "To steki". Which was the perfect distance for us to have a calm sleep but also near all activities. Also the room was very clean! We loved it.

The room was comfortable and spotless, with incredibly polite staff and a lovely cleaning lady. The view was stunning, right next to the best beach on the island. Highly recommend!

It was within walking distance of the beach. It has a small terrace outside of the room that overlooked the beach. It was near some great restaurants.

perfect for the price. room was comfortable and clean and the staff were so helpful. would recommend if you're looking for somewhere just to crash in the evenings, not many facilities on site.

wifi was slow so I struggled with work calls.

The location is amazing, you get such a a great view of Platys Yialos. The room is basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay.The staff are really lovely. I hope to be back again sometime.

Fantastic view on mountain and beaches. Everything is nearby. No mosquitoes. Fantastic balcony.

No breakfast but nespresso machine available in the room. We had a room by the road and we have some noise in the morning and evening.

Rooms have a wonderful view over the bay and little town. On hot days though the walk up from the beach can be quite strenuous. I would recommend staying at the beach bars and restaurants until it has cooled down a bit.The owners are unbelievably nice. When we left our transfer was late and they made us a coffee from their own home (they life on site) and called the transfer company for updates. They then sat with us chatting until the transfer arrived.

'school marm' approach to clients by staff (eg compelled to watch a power point demonstration of the hotel facilities before getting into our room after arriving exhausted and hot). Treated like children by some of the staff (left key in door when I went back in to collect something and staff knocked on door to warn me about leaving my key in the door!) and limited service - eg we wanted some milk to make a cup of tea in our room but told could not provide until after breakfast served in restaurant. We got dressed and went out for our cup of tea and breakfast.

Beautiful views from the terrace, it was confortable to have a terrace and sit down there in the evening and have a drink or some food, cafe and water at arrival, good starting point to explore island and also good bus connection with port

everything! Liliana is the best host, she is very nice and she gave us useful advices. the apartment is super clean, the view is amazing and it’s closed to platis Gialos and all the restaurants of the beach.

Lovely room, just a few minutes walk from the beach and with a wonderful view. Clean, spacious and very cosy. Would definitely recommend to friends/family that visit Sifnos.

Liliana and Yiorgos were lovely and helpful when nedeed. The hotel is 10 mins walking from Platis Yialos beach where you can find bars and restaurants -To Steki taverna is a must go for the local cuisine! Chrissopogi beach is reachable either by scooter (literally 4 mins) or easily by walk; a beautiful beach with crystalline water and trees to relax in the shade. The other breathtaking beaches are reacheable in less than 20 mins! We can't reccomend Venikouas hotel enough. We had a perfect staying.

The hotel managers were very kind.They made our taxi reservation to the fairy for 11:30 p.m. and were at our door to pick up the suitcases and stayed with us till the taxi arrived. The view from our room was spectac

The shower was very small but that is typical for that part of the world.
