This was my second time staying with this chain, but at a different location in Strasbourg. The beds were comfortable, there was free parking, and the rates were relatively good. We also enjoyed the nearby bakery and the huge Asian buffet.

The rate was slightly higher than the nearby B&B Hotel, especially considering that breakfast wasn't included.The doors face the parking area, and unfortunately, some hotel guests can be inconsiderate by parking close to the rooms, causing noise early in the morning or smoking too close to the windows.

For the price -everything!!

It was little too small but for that price- you can't beat it. We needed hotel for a night to sleep on your travel from Holland to Italy. It's serves it's purpose

The hotel was close to where we needed to visit.

The hotel is very basic. There was no hot drink making facilities in the room which was a shame. The room was on 2 levels with the 2 single beds on the 2nd level, it was very hot up there and felt like there was no air. The air con wasn't great and didn't cool it down.

The room we got was perfect for a family with two kids, it was nicely separated and the kids really enjoyed it! Gabriel the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful and really made our stay the most comfortable as possible, especially during breakfast!

Location from motorway good and beds on mezzanine were good.

Rooms accessed from an external open air balcony/corridor. Numerous guests appeared to be workers living there and the only window in the bedroom opened onto the external balcony/corridor so you then heard everyone who was sitting outside (they had taken the chair from the room outside) our room talking and smoking. In the night someone decided to kick the door repeatedly next to us and then the loud conversation that followed. Compared to the B&B hotels we used last year, really poor. We requested rooms together but instead were placed on different floors on opposite sides of the building.

Check In was uncomplicated.

Bathroom was not clean at all, had stains everywhere. And the room smelled of cigarettes which was unpleasant.

Service people were super nice and helpful. They would help with the automated check-in and show everything, also during the breakfast it was all nice and I can't say a bad word about people working there.

I think the size of the room doesn't comply to European standards for prisoner per square meter. It's little too little. Basically just bed and a toilet. For a family with a single kid we couldn't really enjoy our stay as it was only possible to stay on our beds.This was not a deal breaker tho. What I really didn't like was the smell of mold in the room. There was also some small mold stains in a toilet. And the absolute worse was when we discover how the beds look like when looking under the bedsheet. Uff.

Strongly recommend avoiding this place.They lost my booking because they couldn't charge my credit card through booking.com.I received no notifications, my reservation status is still 'confirmed'.Unreliable and zero customer service.

everything else. It´s not that it needs a renovation it needs to be demolished. Total grunge. I felt disgust so much by the shower that didn´t even dare to take a shower. Other hotels for 50-60eur offer a modest but good service. This one not.

Parking and easy check in.

Poor amenities. Very little space. Very small room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at reception and breakfast were helpful and friendly. Choice of restaurants and shopping close by.

Bacon and eggs at breakfast were cold. Room wasn't soundproof so we were disturbed by the kids in the room next door during the night.

Rooms have quite bad ventilation despite having air conditioning. Noisy at night, hard to sleep.
