Location perfect , staff speaks all poss languages , great breakfast .

I was surprised that we were charged for the parking . It was not mentioned in the booking. The price is already quite high and then on top you pay the parking 10 euros per day plus city tax. At the end total is higher than expected

Waking up with the sounds of the winds across the dunes is simply magical! I arrived late in the evening but the welcome was very friendly and warm - helpful too as the key card didn't work right away. Also charging station for the car was conveniently next to the back door.

The staff at the reception desk first is simply …outstandingly friendly ! ?This was a welcome ! ?? A real one as we would like to get each time in a hotel !All facilities are perfect, including a safe place for bikes, place is quiet at night , just next to the beach , with a nice restaurant.Almost perfect …but the price …

Room rate is a bit to high for a single person …Cooking quality not that good excepted the breakfast ! Hotel has been successfully renovated , it’s visible everywhere but…not in the carpets everywhere in the floors …pity !

The beds were very comfortable and the ladies at reception were very friendly and accommodating! On our first night, we were in a room that had a loud noise from the AC airconditioning /pipes so we slept bad. When we told the reception about this and asked to move rooms, she accommodated our requests immediately and was apologetic about the experience which shows great hospitality!

Sheets and bedding were not cotton, but some kind of synthetic, which means it doesn't breath and I was sweating and uncomfortable all night. There was an infra red sauna, but no towels and it was turned off and took an hour to warm. No signs to find the sauna. The restaurant couldn't tell me if the fish was fresh or local... This is zeeland?!? The reception wanted to charge me for parking without asking if I had a car. The Wifi was bad and the signal almost non-existent in my room.

This hotel with its facilities including half board, was a great base for a few days birding in Zeeland and not too far from the Tesla Supercharger in Middelburg. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was great.

The location is amazing. Just few meters away from the beach. If you are up to long walks Vlissingen is feasible to be reached through an amazing landscape

They require to pay for parking even if you are spending the night

Location is ideal and peaceful, and the staff friendly. The room itself was good, and the beds comfortable.

The bathroom however is extremely small and two people cannot be in the bathroom at the same time, this would stop us from going to the facility for longer than two nights for sure. I always look forward to the breakfast when staying over, but to be honest I was a bit disappointed. The scrambled eggs were under cooked, and I would rather have bacon strips then the small bits which are not really nice and crispy. On the Sunday the fruit really was not fresh like it was on the Saturday morning. The plates and bowls were really small and to actually get a normal portion you had to go back a few times which was annoying.

Closeness to the beach. Lots to do nearby for all ages.Good breakfast every morning. Warm and welcoming staff.safe bike storage.

The first room we got was not completely suitable due to our circumstances but Carmen from the reception was super kind to help us a lot and arrange another room. Thanks to her we had a fantastic and comfortable stay and we are really grateful to her. In general the hotel has a fantastic location and a really good breakfast and it's worth staying here.

The first room we got had a shower that is not suitable for people in our circumstances. However Carmen from the reception solved this really well for us by getting us a room which was suitable and where we could stay very comfortable,

Great location for access to the dune paths, the beach and seaside cafés/bars. Very good food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Nice to have a quality coffee machine in the room as well. Overall, really enjoyed the stay here.

The room smelt a bit 'woody' when you first walked in due to the design - using quite a lot of wood panels - although this wasn't noticeable after a while. Would prefer the bathroom to be one room, rather than the separate toilet/shower and wash basin room arrangement.
