The Bay Hotel & Suites

Lovely pool deck, friendly staff with and semi private beach, but the rooms were cramped.

Not worth the expense. Both the room and food/drink options were terribly overpriced. Not a fan of Zante in general; has none of the charm of the Cycladic islands and too overcrowded. We won’t be back.

The room was tidy, quiet, and well-kept throughout my visit. Everything felt straightforward and easy from the moment I arrived.

It’s one of the greenest and most picturesque parts of the island, surrounded by olive trees, pine forest and stunning turquoise beaches. Staying at the Bay made me feel truly connected to nature waking up to the sound of the sea, breathing in the fresh air, and walking through the peaceful landscape. It’s the perfect place to slow down, recharge, and appreciate the natural beauty of Greece.

We had an amazing stay at The Bay Hotel in Zakynthos! The location is absolutely stunning, right on a beautiful, clean beach with clear water that’s perfect for swimming and relaxing. The sunbeds are comfortable and always available, making it easy to spend the whole day by the sea or the pool. The food was another highlight, fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety every day. Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was well prepared and very tasty.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Dinner also always more than enough and gluten free/vegetarian options were no problem. The beach is really nice and having pool bar service there is a nice added bonus. Really friendly staff. Rooms cleaned well every day. Free tennis court with rackets available at the reception. Gym was adequate.

The doors of the rooms were not isolated well, you could here pretty much everything through them. Parking was a bit of a mess and chaotic. We had reserved a garden view room and were at the most rear building and it felt a bit second class, although the room was good and very spatios.

Staying here felt like a peaceful escape. The location right on the beach is flawless, the gardens serene and the room design elegant yet comfortable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and made us feel welcome right away. Truly a spot to recharge.

From check‑in to check‑out everything was smooth. The room was beautifully styled with natural tones, and the sea view was something I’ll remember. Breakfast on the terrace was a pleasant surprise, and the team kindly accommodated my dietary requests. Highly recommended.

Room was marked as Garden View. The actual view was roof tops from the other facilities on the estate.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff, in a secluded part of Zakynthos. The property is nicely designed - great rooms with all the facilities you need. Food is top quality and the staff throughout the hotel make you feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you

Beautiful facilities with beach club and beach/pool access.

The food in all inclusive option was fancy but not really that tasty. Also, they charged extra for water.

The private beach, the huge modern pool, the bar and restaurants…aces all around. Rooms were great size and modern.

The rooms were temperamental with getting the right temperature and humidity.

Amazing in all aspects. The employees are lovely and the attention is excellent. Beautiful rooms, and super clean. 10/10 breakfast and the dinners are recommended. Im waiting to return to Zakyntos to stay at The Bay one more time.

Everything was perfect.

The property had excellent beach access and it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and were easy to ask them questions. The breakfast is great along with the 5 course dinner that changes every night!

It is located in Vasilikos, a town that is not very close to the main town, but it has everything you need. A good spot if you want a nice getaway, especially that it has a very nice beach view + nice pool and pool bar.

There’s also a private beach just a few steps away, which is perfect for a refreshing swim or a peaceful day by the water. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the front desk team, who were always available to offer great recommendations, to the restaurant staff who ensured our dining experiences were top-notch, we felt truly well taken care of.Speaking of dining, the restaurant at The Bay Hotel & Suites was very good. The food was delicious, with a mix of Greek specialties and international dishes, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—full of variety, and perfect to start the day with a view of the sea.

The gym could have some more equipment.

From the incredible sea views to the beautiful gardens, The Bay  truly felt like a slice of paradise. We were able to relax and unwind in style. The beach was just a few steps away from the pool area,  and it was perfect for all day  lounging.The food and cocktails were great and the staff was very sweet and friendly. Greek hospitality at its utmost.
