Pros +
- Lovely staff, the room was great, very neat and clean. The breakfast was alright with just everything you need to kick off your day. The hotel has a pool but it was way too cold when we were there but it looked great. We visited the hotel’s restaurant in the evening and it was great.
- The room is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is spacious, and the breakfast is good.
- Efficient & friendly reception, good secure bike storage (they kindly allowed some of our party who were staying elsewhere to store their bikes with ours), nice setting with view of the hills, good apartment, and a pool - most welcome! Excellent breakfast.
Cons -
- The staff member who assisted during check-in wasn’t very friendly, and the bed was a hanging bed, which caused it to sway constantly.
- A little bit out of town.
- minor thing in the spa would expect warmer pool

A little bit out of town.
hotel is very new , rooms are amazingly decorated beds and pillows super comfortablebreakfast is very good free parking has a spa area close to big supermarket

The hotel is great. everything is high end and well equipped. the restaurant is very tasty and the facilities are also of high quality. the room was also a very good designed space with nice details.
nothing was bad
We booked the romantic suite for our honey moon and it did not disappoint! The room was absolutely stunning. The balcony was huge and hanging bed was a nice touch. The bathtub inside the room was luxurious and the shower was amazing! Breakfast includes fresh eggs made to order and was worth every bit. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
We are lucky to have a free upgrade to bigger room with hot tub, thanks for staff who offer us an upgrade! Room is very nice and well design, and clean. Large balcony and very big couch outside is nice. Bed is very large and comfortable. Plenty of parking and EV charging stations are available. Hotel Restaurant is great (Pizza is a must try) thanks to recommendation from restaurant staff, we had a wonderful breakfast as well as free public transport to explore charming Brixen town. Impressive and we will definitely comeback.
All are great execpt shower room spills out a lot as there's no door or curtain.
Clean room with comfortable bed. Shower was great! Balcony area was nice also.
I don't like the shower being open glass so there is no privacy.
Nice hotel with substantial breakfast. Good location and value
Nothing comes to mind
Everything was excellent. The restaurant too. We dined pizza and then the huge and varied breakfast. The room was amazing with beautiful views. Thanks for the king sized bed!!!! But the surprise when you turn off the lights to go to sleep was extraordinary (no spoilers).
The shower space was too small but I've seen that all across Italy. It's not inclusive for plus size people.
We liked the room a lot, it is spacious and has a relatively big open wardrobe. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and the coffee is delicious. The spa is small and you need to book but well equipped with steam room, sauna and a pool which we enjoyed!
We didn’t like that the room doesn’t have a coffee machine or kettle. The dinner (pasta and pizza) in the hotel’s restaurant was average.
Very nice rooms. The location was great and you could walk to the monastery and paths along the river. The young gentleman who worked the front desk in the evenings was extremely helpful when we needed restaurant recommendations and reservations. The young lady who worked during the day wasn’t as helpful or friendly. Also, it would have been nice to know before booking a nonrefundable room that the indoor pool, bar and restaurants were closed. We received an email about the bar and restaurants after booking and learned about the spa only being partially opened upon arrival. NOTE: not the hotel’s fault but many facilities, restaurants, stores, hotels, spas, funiculars — are closed in this area for at least the first half of November. Just something to keep in mind when planning a trip. Nonetheless, the views were incredible and the hiking was spectacular.
Everything is very clean and tidy. A very pleasant surprise for us was the starry sky on the ceiling in the room when we turned off the light. Also liked the spa
Good
Although the room furniture was minimalistic state of the art, there was no desk, no chair, not a place where to lay a laptop or some personal object. For doing some work on the PC, I had to move to a table in the main lobby.Probably the desk space was taken by the sink, located in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom.A 4* place can do better.
Rooms - Clean & bed was comfortable.Breakfast - Full buffet was ok.Bus card - Free for stay.
Location - Right next to the main road. Loud 24/7.Spa / Pool - Outdated / Not as per the pictures. Backs onto the road / Campsite.Cost - Incredibly overpriced.Hotel General - Attempt to renovate means rooms are ok but hallways / majority of hotel is outdated.
Really pretty, good price
The restaurant staff was pretty slow, in the breakfast we had to wait long time to receive the meals. In the room the shower was open with no door which was a little uncomfortable because we stayed with friends but other then that it was awesome stay!
the style of the rooms and the mix modern and old.
the hours for the spa. if you arrive late and the spa is closed you can not use in the morning hours the next day and for someone staying only one day this means no use of the spa and only use of the outdoor pool.
Suite with private sauna is very good, we enjoyed it
Breakfast is quiet simple
The location was good, the place was clean, the facilities were good, and most of the staff were good. breakfast was very nice
- the room stinks so badly that we kept the windows open and took refresher from reception but still didn't workout well. I was not expecting from such a hotel.- dinner at the restaurant - vegetarian with veggies and cheese was really bad and had no flavor. Just a small portion thrown in boiled vegetables with grilled cheese for 15 -16 euros.
breakfast, nice rooms, facilities
too expensive
